my cookies were beautiful & everyone was so kind, will be my new regular spot 🥹
i go inside and i tell this man working behind the counter that i had a pick up order and he stares at me, says nothing and goes on his phone. his coworker came out bringing a bucket and mop to start closing and SHE hands me the cookie while this man, who just ignores customers, stays on his phone. i work in the service industry and understand when the place closes earlier than listed but, if i was able to place a pick up order and you ignore the customer then leave your coworker to handle it without any words exchanged, what kind of employee is that? i felt so bad for the girl working with him, as i left she began to mop all alone. the cookie was good though

Absolutely dissatisfied! I didn’t recieve my correct order at all, the cookies weren’t cooked at all. It was a horrible experience on the West Coast.. I’m traveling from New England and I wanted them to experience what I experience in New England . The store here needs much more trading and vustomer service..
Worst cookies ever. Tasted like uncooked dough. Had other Crumbl places and this was the worse
