horrible experience. purchased 2 co2 units. the tanks werent hydrotested. 2 uses of the jets later, lcd screen and buttons stop working. asked for them to replace it under warranty and they try everything to not replace it under warranty. purchase your fleet from a different company!!

CyroFX was great to work with me on my last-minute request as the first company that I had arranged with had backed out on me. They were able to coordinate on the contract and payment quickly and get the rental gear one-day shipped to my job location. The gear worked great and my clients were very pleased.

Extremely poor communication. They do not answer phone and choose to communicate via text (due to covid and staff shortage). I paid for expedited shipping and processing and when the product arrived (late) it stated economy shipping on the package. The Sparkular units were shipped from China although they stat "in stock" on website. Also pricing for granular for sparks is $69 compared to $45 from other vendors. Highly not recommended unless you want to pay more for poor customer service (or lack thereof)

I ordered a a set of spark machines for NYE 2020, that client was going to pick up at the SD office was closed at 3pm that day. I also had a tank splitter on back order for CO2 and decided to wait and pick it up all in one shot After new years I got really sick and was out for 3 weeks kinda for got about them and then covid comes along . I tried to reach them left a bunch of messages did the text thing spoke to a couple people that took my order info then I've heard nothing I called again today. they have never responded this for invoice number Invoice #MQ - 5479 will have to post everywhere I guess till u settle my invoice

Needed a quote for 4 Sparkular Mini-Falls. Production was up and down on the approval of the quote so many times it was ridiculous. The owner Kris was shockingly patient and understanding and helpful during the whole process... After the initial receipt of product, production decided they wanted to cover a larger area so needed 2 more. I put the order in and within a few hours production changed their minds yet again. Kris actually gave them a partial refund even though the package had already been picked up to be shipped out but before it could make it to carrier.... CryoFX was WAY more patient with us than I would have been to be perfectly honest. For rentals or purchases this'll be my first call and I'll be sending them my business at any and every opportunity I can. Thank you so much Kris. I look forward to working with you again.

I needed some parts for my business literally as soon as possible, so I called CryoFX late on a Friday afternoon and Kris was so responsive and helpful it blew me away. They had the part over-nighted to me within 1 hour and it is scheduled to arrive tomorrow (Saturday). Could not possibly ask more from a company! Would recommend them to anyone.

My team worked with Kris + the CryoFX team to get some last-minute requests handled and shipped overnight to make our show the next day (after the previous local client backed out). Without the help of CryoFX, our show would have suffered greatly but the gear arrived and worked great! Wonderful customer support the entire time. Thank you guys!
