Food was delicious! The pizza is more like authentic Italian than American pizza. Excellent service and very nice ambiance.
Had a reservation booked for 5.30 prior to a concert. Got there and waited at the door for 12 minutes before they came to “seat us”. At this time they told us they didn't have any tables (even thought the restaurant was half empty). When pressed, said not enough staff. No one seemed bothered. Said we could sit inside and wait. We waited for about 6 minutes and realized no one was getting any service any time soon. Got up and left. What a joke of a place. ZERO stars.
Do not order from them!!! I ordered their lasaña through Uber Eats. They had a buy one get one free so the Bill Was About $35 before tip. When the driver arrived gave us our order, it came in a paper bag with only two boxes of undercooked lasagna. It was nasty to taste those noodles that were not al dente. They were totally undercooked! On top of that, can you believe that they didn’t send forks, napkins, garlic bread, nothing! I understand if they do not serve their lasagna with garlic bread, and they charge for it, however, every single restaurant that I have ever ordered from sents utensils and napkins. No customer service whatsoever at least when ordering

Delicious food, some traditional dishes prepared in a slightly new way. Nice size portions and good service.
We had such a wonderful experience at Cucina Caprese! I especially want to thank our server, Luigi, who was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, attentive, and welcoming. Luigi gave us excellent wine recommendations, explained all the specials in detail, and made sure we had the perfect table since we brought our dog with us. His service truly made our evening special.

Not from the area so we took a chance on this place and we were not disappointed. We weren't starving so we (3 adults) shared the watermelon and arugula salad special and the pepperoni pizza. Both were perfectly done and tasted fresh. Our server was Vera and she was charming and informative. We are actually going back again tonight. Highly recommend.
2nd time eating here. Good food and pretty fast!

Finally, a Neapolitan pizza in San Diego that deserves to be called that way! This the best pizza I have ever had in San Diego. The service and the atmosphere are great too, and the location is perfect if you want to stay away from the crowd and from overpriced parking. As an Italian, I highly recommend this place!

This was our first time trying the place out. We mainly went because we prefer Neopolitan style pizza. We only ordered pizza and it was good. The only feedback I would give is that we sat on the side of the restaurant that houses the kitchen and the decor could use some work. The underside of the bar was not finished and there are some random paintings on the wall that are spaced oddly. A little work on the ambiance would go a long way.
Great food! They only use natural ingredients (usually from nearby farms). I love the service. Naples to SD.
