We were told by a number of friends that doing tastings with candidate caterers for our wedding would be one of the most enjoyable parts of our wedding planning - and they weren’t wrong! But Culinary Concepts stood apart by a lot, and we are incredibly happy that we went with them. I hired Culinary Concepts for a private event on the USS Midway, 300 people. I could not speak higher of Gina Eliason and her onsite team. Thank you and your team enough for making our event a success! Our headcount for ordering food and cutlery was far too low, however with the help of this awesome team – we did not run out of food, so thankful.
