Cutwater Tasting Room

Service was slow, miss communication with other staff taking orders and not telling our actual server. Food was nothing impressive, and there were a few feathers on our wings. Told the server about this, didn't expect a full comp but a little discount on the fact that there was literal feather on our food making it inedible would've sufficed.

Amazing food, drinks, and service. I had the short ribs and Miramar cocktail. I recommend both.

I had an amazing experience at Cutwater Spirits Tasting Room & Kitchen! Our server, Danielle, took exceptional care of us and truly made my birthday feel special. The drinks were delicious, the ambience was perfect, and the Christmas décor was absolutely on point festive without being overwhelming. Everything came together for a memorable night. I enjoyed myself so much that I'll definitely be back, even all the way from the Carolinas!

Our servers were excellent and attentive. Our food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it without a long wait. The crafted drinks were made perfectly. Would definitely return when back in San Diego.

Want to give an enthusiastic shoutout to Danielle, Mandy, William. We arrived Friday night (Nov 7th) for a Birthday celebration for my wife. The atmosphere was great. I recommend getting the bucket of cocktails therefore you can try each drink. The birthday cake and tequila flight was well appreciated.

Frequent this spot and always have an enjoyable time. Food and drinks are always on point. Does tend to get busy. Reservations not required, but if you have several people going, it's a good idea. Parking is the only meh at this place depending on the time you arrive. Happy hour timeframe is sure to be bad for parking requiring you to park down the street or on an adjacent street and walk. Plan accordingly if you have a reservation or are meeting people at a certain time.

Love Cutwater canned cocktails and have been wanting to visit for sometime now. It did not disappoint! Great food, reasonably priced, and the Halloween theme was insane!
