Exceptional Experience at Cutwater Restaurant Cutwater delivered an outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The Halloween-themed pirate ship decor added a fun seasonal touch without overwhelming the space—playful yet tasteful. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, perfect for a night out. The food was flavorful and beautifully presented, and the cocktails were just as impressive. Every detail felt thoughtfully executed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, great service, and a memorable vibe.

Love Cutwater canned cocktails and have been wanting to visit for sometime now. It did not disappoint! Great food, reasonably priced, and the Halloween theme was insane!

Amazing drinks, combined with an amazing ambience. The place is very alive and active. The food is great, bistro style food. 

I come to Cutwater for the cocktails and the nice vibe! The food I wish was better, not super tasty, minimal options for me only eating fish and no diary. The quality of food is not great. A shame as I would come by a lot more frequently. More options for veg and Vegan with a quality to match the cocktails would be great! Service is great!

We had the pleasure of having Kate as our server. She IS FANTASTIC. I'll be coming back because of her.

Yesterday was my third time to cut water in two weeks. Enjoyed each visit immensely. Love that they change their menu seasonally and love all the menu choices and drink options. Also dig the happy hour offered daily until six.

Kate T was amazing! She explained everything he needed to know and since we were visiting San Diego helped us find entertainment for after lunch. We're already planning to come back next weekend

The happy hour is 1000% worth it. The shredded beef slides were filled with a good portion of protein and you can't beat the drink prices. Everything was great except the server consistently trying to close us out. We were a group of four girls catching up and couldn't help but feel she was trying to get us in and out. I would definitely go again, but if service is the same, I wouldn't recommend it to people trying to enjoy a relaxing, social outing.

We had a wonderful time there!!!! Our Server Taylor was AMAZING!!!!!!! Any and every time I go back we are sitting in her section!!

Came here with some friends from out of town and we had a great experience. They have a lunch special on Monday-Friday that includes a burger and fries plus a can and it was a good amount of food and of course the can of Cutwater was nice and strong! Can't wait to come back with my boyfriend.

We ate here on a Tuesday evening. The place was a little slow, but that was OK. Food choices were somewhat limited for the men in our group who wanted something more substantial. However, the hamburger was great and they were fine with that. We definitely want to come back for The tour of the distillery. 

Good place overall! A little more help from management or crew to an overwhelmed server would really help the flow of service. Would come back tho.

We visited Cutwater on Father's Day x 6 people. Our Server, Taylor was very professional yet personable. She gave us a few suggestions which were excellent. The host was also very professional and reviewed my Diner profile. We ended up buying liquor products on the way out to enjoy later. Food was excellent, great day. thank-you
