The Reuben sandwich was one of the best I've had anywhere. Just the right amount of high quality, not-too-salty thinly sliced pastrami with Swiss and a dash of sauerkraut on fresh lightly toasted rye. It just needed some mustard from the two types on the table: plain yellow and hot. I got the combo with onion rings and they were fantastic--big, hot, fresh, and crispy. Our server was fast, efficient, and a clear communicator. The ambience was great, like a bustling New York style full service Jewish deli/restaurant. Can't wait to go back and try other items from the massive menu and adjacent bakery.
One of the best places for breakfast, lunch, and brunch. Solid food and great service.
Parking can be difficult at times so come with patience and extra time.
Great place, great food and never leave hungry. Also and excellent bakery and deli
It's an older cafe but that comes with the experience of an older cafe. It has a full bakery and Delhi. Indoor and outdoor seating parking
And some of the best most authentic jewish food in town. If in doubt, you can not go wrong with the pastrami on Rye.
Excellent food, lots of delicious choices! Plus delicious and gift shop.

We had the Ted Leitner sandwich with coleslaw, fries, and the chicken fried steak meal. They were delicious!! Perfectly cooked! Service was fast and the server was nice. I'm definitely returning!

One of my favorite restaurants. Have you ever tried chopped liver? The bakery is one of the best in San Diego County and they have Baklava that is so delicious it’s like my tastebuds tasted a piece of heaven mmmmm

Onions roll could have been fresher. They cut down on portion of pastrami in the sandwich. The matzoh ball soup was just okay. Everything use to be better.
