My frappe is perfectly smooth with just 50% sugar, while my friend's Vietnamese coffee is strongly flavored, just the way she likes it. The drinks are delicious, and the service is great. We will definitely return for more drinks due to the weather these days!
Parking: There are plenty of parking in the front!
Kid-friendliness: The options is good for a kids!

The black milk tea was ok, not bad not great. I liked the convoy one's rich taste much better than this location.

Sorry to leave a bad review, but the person making the tea got it wrong twice, she gave me a completely wrong drink and she forgot to give the other women's drink jelly, she just messed up all the orders and was rude.

Good boba place. Ordered 6 drinks, all of them were good. My fav is Thai Tea with popping boba and lychee jelly.

Very new, clean and tidy boba place. It has a lot of seating! I would recommend adding a little snack menu (with things like popcorn chicken), board games, and a door chime. The tea was amazing. I now have a favorite Boba spot in Rancho Bernardo.

Please make sure to follow the order correctly. Such as no ice when we pay an extra $.50 for that. It may not be a lot, but if it happens more often, then it can accumulate to much more. But overall, the drinks are good.

First time here and wasn’t sure what to get so I asked cashier to pick something for me. I chose a large size and she picked the brown sugar crème brûlée. The drink itself was good. I don’t know what the chunky, creamy, thingy was but it was tasty. I assume it was their version of crème brûlée. It reminded me of a combination of whip cream and sweet custard. The reason I’m giving three stars is because there wasn’t enough boba and it was old. It had a slimy and mushy texture which occurs when boba has been sitting too long. I have had lots of boba during my life as well as worked in a smoothie shop making boba. Fresh boba should not have the layer of mush, whether brown sugar is added or not. The best boba I’ve had recently is at Kung Fu Tea down the road and Wushiland/OOTea inside the 99 Ranch market on Clairmont Mesa Blvd. They give you a ridiculous amount of boba…and its fresh. It was warm, chewy yet firm, and smooth (minus mushy coating). For a drink that was over $7, and a name like DaBoba, I expected a perfect drink, or at least fresh boba.
