I was here yesterday to grab some coffee and breakfast while I did some work. The staff was very kind and helpful. Made me feel like I was at home. My waitress was so sweet, she reminded me of a Disney princess haha. I got a cafe mocha and it was soooo good, I had to get it twice. If I’m ever back in town, this is the spot.

Ruby, our waitress/barista was very attentive and kind, and she made our drinks to perfection. I had the vietnamese coffee with the #16, and my partner had the white hot chocolate with the cinnamon french toast. Everything came out great and timely, and even though it was a little busy, we saw the staff tend to everyone and keep checking up on all the tables. Amazing crew.
This isn't our first time here, and everytime we've been here we've had amazing experiences.
We honestly hope this place doesn't get too popular because of the parking, but we fully support this business thriving and hopefully taking care of their awesome staff!

I live in Arizona, been traveling to San Diego for 12 years, discovered The Daily Grind and I go there for breakfast when I'm in town. Great place to go. Staff are always courteous. Love it ?

Parking: Level straight into outside patio dining areas.flat, easy access.
Wheelchair accessibility: Open double front doors, no stairs, nice umbrellaed outside area.

First timer here and had a good experience. While parking lot was not that spacious but we managed to get one.We sat outside and it was a great outdoor vibe for brunch. Good service and friendly server/staffs.Food came great on steak omelette, Philly steak, breakfast burritos, Nutella waffle. All the steak meat was juicy and well-seasoned. Coffee was good too. Loved all the food we ordered, but if anything to improve on food, I’d say they should make the coating of chicken fried steak thicker and crunchier.For service, I think all good except maybe they should put condiments tray (salt, pepper, sugar, jam, sauce etc) by default, customers shouldn’t be requesting it.Will come back for sure.

This is a cute little restaurant the food is good big portions friendly and clean however I'm only given them four stars because seating was quick but took them 40 minutes to bring me my food and only because I asked about our food when they brought my food it was barely warm I had to ask them to reheat it and when she brought it back she forgot my sourdough toast also there are only two waitresses there with a restaurant full of customers
