Dairy Queen (Treat)

They literally never make the blizzard right. Was just in here and got a blizzard to go, came home and opened it. They made a Heath blizzard and didn’t put the chocolate sauce in it. Also barely had any Heath in it. So disappointed ):

We had to go to mission mall for dairy queen. Only one around and all they had was hot dogs n ice cream.

The cashier doesn’t seem familiar with what they offer. My husband asked for a hotdog combo, inky got a hotdog no fries no drinks. I asked about the cake and she doesn’t seem to know what is inside the cake, someone else had to snoop in. And then the writing on the cake was screwed up

For some reason, this Dairy Queen keeps running out of chocolate. Even sometimes during the middle of the day. I find that very strange. And sometimes some of the employees make the large sundaes to short.

They were out of mix to make an Orange Julius and had no CO2 so I couldn't get a root beer float. Everything else we ordered was as expected.

Horrendous service. Well, technically lack of service…
I was in store with my 3 kids. Waited 10 minutes without ever being even acknowledged — no “We’ll be with you in a minute” — just completely ignored.
The couple in front of us walked out. We stepped to the counter and waited…and waited…
The order screen nonetheless had 7 orders on it. Turns out they were all mobile/doordash orders — for customers not even in store. So the two staff were filling orders for customers who hadn’t even arrived, while entirely ignoring a store full of waiting customers.
Much to the disappointment of my 3 kids, we were left with no choice but to walk out too — still without ever being even acknowledged.

It's unfortunate that you can be first in line for more than 10 minutes sometimes. I understand waiting if you're IN line, but to wait in line THEN wait another ten minutes in front of the register with no greeting or assistance is awkward and poor service.

Bad service, employee was really rude, was calling multiple time prior to coming in and never once answered the phone

Did not honor the free come day promotion.

I haven't been in quite a very long time but I want to now go and try out there fish sandwich to compare with others.

Decent . Good blizzard.

I don't think I would go back to their location tbh😕 we got blizzards but seemed like they gave us milkshakes instead, the ice cream melted really fast, not even 3 minutes and it was already melting, we had to go back to get lids and straws...., not the best experience at all, we expected a REAL BLIZZARD🤷🏻‍♀️

Love DQ! Dilly bars, soft serve, ice cream sandwich, Burgers and more. Ice cream cakes. Yum!
