Unfortunately it seems DQ is taking after Mcds and not servicing their soft serve machine. After waiting in like for 15 minutes, we were informed the soft serve machine was down
Typical DQ - service is good.
I ordered the peanut blaster today and the peanuts were salty. They emptied probably the bottom of the bag in my ice cream because it was saltier than the ocean. Nasty, had to throw it away. Was inedible

I miss the last owners of this DQ. The ice cream has not been the same. It tastes like ice milk. The consistency does not live up to to the DQ name. We will never visit this location again. What a waste of money!

We waited in line 20 minutes to get food and deserts only to be turned away. Apparently they stop serving food at 7pm.
Poor customer service by two high school boys that wouldn’t stop staring at my wife which made her feel uncomfortable, I don’t believe that they ran out of hot dogs either but they just didn’t want to make them.
Delicious. Staff is courteous. The location is easy to get to and clean.
Can’t rate the food cuz nobody took my order. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes and nobody said a word. I tried to spend money here but they didn’t want it.

No one ever answers the phones if do goes straight to voicemail saying this mailbox is full
Every time I have brought my kids here has been absolutely fantastic. They are always friendly and go out of their way to recreate the nostalgic DQ item I had 20 years ago. I recently lost my wallet there and they went out of their way to return it to my home. I absolutely cannot even begin to describe how grateful I am to them. This is a level of care you do not see often and I am beyond grateful.

Hours say they are open at 10, but we arrived at 9:20 and they were closed. We watched four other people try to go in as well because they closed early.
Not really a complaint other than the professionalism of staff. Went in to order last night and paid with cash. Cashier offered to give a blizzard for free in exchange for a tip.
