This is a good restaurant in Little Italy, nice vibe indoor and outdoor seating available. We went at the peak of dinner time and surprisingly didn't have to wait too long to be seated. The hostess was sweet and let us decide indoor or outside seating. We sat outside on a small table for two. Unfortunately it took about 15 minutes just to get water brought to our table. A server finally came to take our order he was very friendly and professional. I ordered a cocktail that I wanted before the food but It wasn't until our appetizers arrived that he realized our drinks never came. We finally got them after our food arrived. I tried a tequila russo cocktail, It was decent. The focaccia with honey comb is amazing! Also the vodka pasta is pretty good! It's a fast paced busy vibe with people all over. Overall a nice place a little on the high end with prices but that seems to be everywhere now. Good place to check out. Parking is always an issue in this area but there are paid parking lots available.Vegetarian options: All the pastas and salads do not come with meats. They can be added at extra cost

Delicious Italian food with great outdoor seating options in the back. The focaccia bread with honeycomb and goat cheese is one of the best things I've ever eaten. The pastas and burger are amazing too. Service is always exceptional. The waiters are well trained and very chill. This is the place to go for a taste of Italy in San Diego.

Stopped in here while traveling for a conference. We sat outside and it was lovely. Our server was a kind young man who was very attentive. The food arrived, as ordered, and was delicious. The inside restaurant, however, was very dark and dank. If you go, I'd recommend staying outside and enjoying that ambiance.

Was delicious! Would highly recommend. Service was great! Enjoyed the atmosphere. My husband ordered Orecchiette Con Salsiccia which was very tasty. I ordered the pizza which was delicious. We loved the Focaccia Di Recco Al Tartufo.. So tasty and to have a honey comb to sweeten just topped everything off. Recommend! Please try

I dined here this past weekend. What a treat. It's in a cute part of town called Little Italy. The food was amazing. This was one of the best burgers I have had in a long time! My friend enjoyed her pizza and gnocchi as well. Check them out.

Good food, good service, good wine. This is always a great experience. It's perfect for family lunches/ dinners, girl dates, and romantic dates in general. You probably have heard of the focaccia, just get it ... it's pretty darn good. I wish they had carbonara on the menu.

I recently had lunch at Davanti Enoteca in San Diego, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I felt transported to Italy with the cozy ambiance and welcoming staff. The food was truly authentic, bursting with flavors that transported me to the streets of Rome. Every dish was a culinary masterpiece, crafted with care and attention to detail. I especially loved the Focaccia di Recco and the Polenta & Ragu. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. A must-visit for anyone craving a genuine taste of Italy in San Diego! Grazie mille for a wonderful dining experience!
