Dave & Buster's San Diego

Sharvago, I dearly appreciate your service at the Tap card area. The experience for the 11 person group was phenomenal, and the service handling I enjoyed greatly as it was a busy Wednesday night. I am giving 5 stars because of the quality of service Sharvago administered to my group which made the social/gaming atmosphere an excellent experience at D&B: SD.

I’m a regular at Dave & Buster’s and usually enjoy coming here, but I’ve had a few experiences recently that made me really uncomfortable. On July 20th, and at least twice before that this past month, I saw young girls recording TikTok videos on the game floor and even inside the women’s restroom.

One time, I realized I was actually being recorded in the restroom. I spoke up to security right away, but nothing was done. I still saw those same kids continuing to film. As an older woman, this made me feel very uneasy, especially since the restroom is supposed to be a private and safe space.

I just don’t feel like security takes it seriously, and it’s gotten to the point where I’m starting to think twice about coming back. I hope something can be done to make sure everyone feels safe and respected while visiting.

Compared too other Dave and busters this one is a huge let down for the attitude of the hostess which she looks like someone hurt her with all the piercings and tattoos to the servers with attidudes not wanting to wipe down a table. Then brought the food was missing food and the food we got which is one of my most absolutely favorite dishes from Dave and busters it was burnt it was almost rushed. Incredibly disappointed.

We only go to play games. That's all we really do. I feel the food overpriced unless they have the eat and play deal.

Good time reuniting with my friends from Navy days. 7.29.25 Attended a retirement party at one of the rooms. Food and the atmosphere was nice.

We had such a great time at Dave & Buster’s! We were there to celebrate some friends, and it couldn’t have been a better spot. The food was tasty, the drinks were solid, and the staff made sure we were taken care of the entire time.

The arcade was a blast with plenty of games to keep everyone entertained. It was the perfect mix of fun, food, and good vibes. Highly recommend for a group outing or any kind of celebration. We’ll definitely be back!

Dave & Busters is always a great time. It's a fun plays for both adults and kids, good selection of games for all types and prizes as well.

Pros:
- Game selection
- Prize choices
- Ease of use for systems
- Food has really improved

Cons:
- Just like everything prices have increased
- Prizes while vast are average 4x normal costs
- You'll find yourself blowing 100 tokens on some game in seconds

Great place to escape the daily grind and unwind.

We had an amazing time during our San Diego trip! One of the highlights was celebrating my son's birthday at Dave & Buster's surrounded by family. The energy, the games, and the laughs—it was such a fun and memorable day. This place is definitely a hit for all ages!

Unfortunately, I usually like Dave and Busters but not this one. Long wait just to order food. Long wait for the food.
