Music playing painfully loud can't even hear video game that you are playing. Music was even loader in booth eating area. Can't hear any sports on the tv,Wait for food was 1 hour and half after being seated already. Waitress never checked in on us, drink cups empty, dessert was ordered and requested whip cream must be on the side and it was served with whip cream right on top of brownie.
Dave & Busters for the win! You can never go wrong having a large gathering here. The food, service, ambiance and drinks are alway top notch! Oh and plus the games! Winner, winner, chicken dinner!
Went for my son's birthday and took some of his friends we had a blast and the staff was great
It was an amazing dinner with my family for my 21st birthday and then we all went and played games together which was so fun for all the different ages in my family that came.
Didn't get much as far as service. Didn't get napkins until I asked. Never got checked on to see how the food was. I would have said how soggy the fries and bottoms of the burgers were. Cold fries too. Left disappointed.
Was super busy but Kalla did a great job. sShe was attentive , and did her beat with our large group!
Me and my friends walked in with our reservation. They told us is now seating and when I told him I had a reservation, the manager gave me a lot of attitude. I walked away while on her cell phone very rude service. Our waitress was amazing, but the manager was extremely rude.
I don't know if it was the waitress or the kitchen, but they got all of our orders wrong and had to retake it back and redo it all. Not a great experience. Definitely should've cooked instead of going there to eat for dinner on Christmas Day.
The food was very mid. It tastes like reheated cheap frozen food . I didn't expect it to be great but it was very unimpressive.
The gaming area was okay. You can definitely spend a few hours with family and friends and enjoy yourself , and drink if thats your thing. Seems like its the place to be if you are an alcoholic.

I ordered the salmon and it was overcooked, very dry. Mashed potatoes were not made the way I ordered (didn't want all the toppings) , my green beans had the most flavor. I ordered a alcohol drink and the alcohol over powered the ingredients in my drink. The price was not worth the meal. Very noisy. Not my preferred choice.

Great venue for Christmas Holiday Luncheon. Food was good as well as the customer service.
Me, My wife, kids, and niece decided to go to Dave And Busters on thanksgiving (11-27-25) what a big mistake, that turned out to be a very costly nightmare. As soon as we walked into the lobby we approached the Employee at the front desk and had to wait for her to get off her personal cell phone (using Instagram ) until she acknowledged us. We paid almost $200 for 3 game passes, and had a decent time as a family. The nightmare began right after we approached our 2016 Honda Pilot in the parking lot. I noticed someone broke into our vehicle by braking the door handle. When going back into Dave and Busters to report what happened they brushed me off and were no help at all. I decided to cut my losses and pay out of pocket to fix the door handle myself, however once we got back to our apartment my wife realized her keys were missing (car, mailbox, apartment) I immediately called Dave And Busters over 20 times until I was able to get through. I asked the employee if any car keys turned in. She asked me to describe the keys and I told her it had a YMCA land yard with a black Honda pilot key fob. The employee advised me something turned it, however only my Honda key. I headed straight to Dave And Busters, I spoke with the same supervisor that I had advised my car was broken into, I asked him if he could radio his employees to see who might had turned the keys in and he refused to cooperate and help out. I explained to him that things we’re adding up, first someone breaks into my car, makes it look like a forced entry, then someone turns in my wife’s key (that now does not work) I also requested if he could look at the cameras to see if my wife’s keys were taken out of her backpack while playing the VR game (since you can’t see while playing) the supervisor said no he couldn’t do that and I had to file a police report, so I called the police and they advised me to complete the process online. After getting off the phone with SDPD I made one last attempt to find the missing YMCA Land Yard with the rest of my wife’s keys, I walked around with the security guard and no luck. Since the person that illegally entered my car took out the registration from my glove box I had to rekey my apartment, and mailbox. I’m still waiting on SDPD to get back to me regarding the police report, hopefully it’s not to late and the CCT footage is still available. I took my car to a family friend who works at a Honda dealership and to rekey the driver door, reprogram both Honda key fobs is going to cost me over $600. I’m leaving this review in hopes Dave And Busters will reach out ti make things right, if not then I will be taking legal actions and take to social media.

Very disappointing experience. Staff acted inconvenienced and were unhelpful from the start. Despite plenty of open seating, we were repeatedly told to “find a seat” and directed to areas with no available tables. Tables weren’t being bussed, and the place was extremely messy.
Bathrooms were dirty with paper towels all over the floor and unflushed toilets. The overall atmosphere felt hostile and not customer-friendly. I was there with two kids (ages 9 and 10) and still wasn’t offered help with seating—instead, we were told to sit at the bar or find a table ourselves.
Won’t be returning to this location
