Order ahead if you're in a hurry and avoid the wait (although it's totally worth it). The food speaks for itself as the best spicy fried chicken you can get from a chain restaurant (Cane and Kentucky who??). The staff at the Mira Mesa location are awesome too as they are patient, calm and very helpful with any customizations and recommendations too

Today was my 1st visit patronizing Daves Hot Chicken! Service fantastic hosted by Kai. A very professional polite gentleman that reminded me of what great service is about! I’ll be back! Thank you!

Kid-friendliness: Kai was friendly with me & my daughter & took the time to explain the differrent options on the menu.. She loved the cheese fries especially! Parking was ringside convenient!

Super yummy chicken and good prices! I got a slider, a strip (both very large) and a mac & cheese. The mac & cheese was a 3 out of 5 (I'm not a mac & cheese person though), but the chicken was a 5 out of 5! I'll definitely be back for more chicken!
