Update. It doesn’t tell you on google maps or on the app that it closes for walk in at 10pm. That would have saved me a lot of time. Very nice employees and very fresh, healthy food, compared to other fast food restaurant.

This location closes at 1:00 a.m. I waited 10 minutes at 12:30 and no one came to the speaker at the drive-thru. I drove around to look inside and it looked like all the lights are on but no one was there.

The customer service on 2nd shift was a breath of fresh air and as it should be. I am tempted to give 5 stars, but I cannot give 5 stars based on the failures of others. 5 stars belong the outstanding based on their own achievements.

This place is dirty. No bathroom available for the public. So take your orders to go I guess ? Lots of homeless people fighting and stealing food from inside and in front of the restaurant. Manager isn't doing anything. I would not refer someone here ?

The workers here all deserve a raise and earn 5 stars as I know they put up with some shiatzu sacrum nonsense from a lot of us EBT Homeless tore up from the floor up peeps. I appreciate them for all they do. The manager can kiss my grits and I don't go there if he is anywhere near the register as he seems to have a jalapeno chip n cheese on his shoulder about customers that are on EBT and know how to take advantage of the Del Rewards. Look nobody really wants to be having to be reduced to a 7 dollar total daily meal budget so stop trying "catch" people that are just using coupons etc. the reason you don't see these deals is because you don't need to even be concerned. They aren't point driven they are enticement to get us in the door. If you are having to ignore people in the lobby while you tend to drive thru odds are good you are loosing money. The night time guys you hired are much more fun and one of them is gonna take your job if you don't pull that stick out and be a little nicer. Oh and what is the deal with al that black crap coming out the vents? A special muy Bien to the ladies and their occasional side dude for keeping the food delicious but bringing it up front when it gets hectic. I think Del Taco is close if not already beating JBX in some America's most popular something. It's that EBT clientele that's bringing that I can almost guarantee so don't hate us cause we are doing the best we can with what we got.
