I had gone twice and the service was horrible. I had the same server both times and thought maybe she was having a bad day when I went the first time. But after going back and having the same rude service I realized the lady is just a rude lady. Her name is Virgina S. She walked away as a was talking multiple times and then left my table alone for almost 30 minutes. It wouldn’t have bothered me if she had to tend to other tables but the place was empty. I had to get up and go ask for service at the front of the restaurant. She was not welcoming. Other than that food was chillen and with good company this place is a nice spot.

Im a 63 year old former first responder from new york, and ive been told that the closer you get to the mexican border, the more the quality of life diminishes. The spirit of the staff in this dennys was standoffish when i asked for brown gravy for my french fries , they told me they took brown gravy off the menue.what would be the reason to take brown gravy off the menu.all the other dennys have it. The lady waiting on me would not look me in the face and basicly looked the other way from me while i was giving her my order, and got the order wrong anyway. I should have known not to go there with a former boss who turned out to be a jerk who ripped me off on several occasions of actual money that he will never make right on. Im sure they will be holding the gates of hell open for him when its his time. Devil worshipping is oretty common here in california.

Had been here a few times and service had been decent. But today showed how horrible the customer service is here and what lack of care they have for their customers. Not only did they not follow directions on the skillet I ordered but never even asked how the food was or anything. I asked for eggs over easy and where beyond well done. Also asked for no mushrooms and looked like i asked for extra mushroom lol. Definitely not coming back and Definitely do not have Itzela as your server. Too busy gossiping with coworkers to pay attention to customers. Even when I left all the food, she never asked if everything was ok with the food. What lack of care and customer service.
