It was busy, obviously, its Christmas. I expected a longer wait time and a decent wait for food. We were upfront with our order. Two oreo shakes, one with strawberry in it. A water, a sprite, a 4 count of donut holes to share. I ordered the cali club, my girlfriend ordered the spaghetti. It took 20 minutes just to get the milkshakes. Our cups were empty, and they gave us the wrong milkshakes. The server, I believe her name was Maggie, then argued with us about the milkshakes we ordered, as if I hadn't just rehearsed my order 20 times before she even asked what drinks we wanted. Then after she finally agreed to fix her mistake, she brings the donut holes out first and it was the 10 count. At this point, its blatantly obvious that she wasn't paying attention. This was the third strike, because im not paying extra for what I didnt order. My water was never refilled, we got the wrong shakes, and she couldn't even give us the amount of holes we wanted, all the while giving us a horrible attitude. I left immediately. Im not going to throw my money somewhere that its not appreciated, ihop treated us much better after this experience.

Food was great it was Christmas and we are glad they were open. Guadalupe helped us and was very attentive she had a whole section going on but she kept up with all of us. Servings were good we had enough for left overs.

Very bad customer service.
They don't greet you well, and when you ask for a seat, they scream at you and tell you they will be with you.
I had an issue with two Hispanic ladies who were just talking when I arrived, and when I asked if I could just get a seat, one of them screamed at me and told me, with mean intention, that they would be with me soon. I waited in line for at least a minute and a half before I had to get their attention. So unprofessional.

My experience has been great Isabel is a wonderful person, and she one of the reasons why me, and my father go to Denny's, and because the food is great! 😊

Food was not as good as a normal Denny's. Server very clearly did not want to be there. And there were 2 individuals showering in the bathroom sink.

The most horrible experience ever in this restaurant!! Terrible customer service.. since the moment we arrived, table was dirty, waiter left.. leaving us unattended food was cold I had to get up in order to get ketchup, spoon for the coffee, coffee refills, straw, napkins… nobody cared about us.. no apology from management.. it’s not our fault employees and management are tired and frustrated! It’s your job! I feel discriminated all employees knew we were left unattended and still didn’t care..

The staff here really make the difference! Everyone is super friendly and attentive, and they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. My order came out fast and just how I wanted it. Definitely coming back soon.

Called and spoke to the manager it was $18.39 for a french slam per person plus they charged $3.69 per person for hash browns. Almost $70 for 2 people for breakfast at Dennys is highway robbery. Imagine you were a family or 6 or 8 how much the bill would be. Won't be rushing back anytime soon. Manager refused to take off the hashbrown charge. Be careful from the menu it looks like its included in the price of the breakfast. Denny's is a ripoff, no longer good value for money, lots of better breskfast choices elsewhere in mission valley.
