The ppl who work there are always so damn rude! I never sit in the restaurant to eat anymore just bkuz of that! I always get it to go! And since when does 2 French toast breakfasts cost $49?

The customer service was intolerable. Our waitress lied to us about the availability of tomato soup. Thinking he would be served tomato soup because he ordered it and the waitress agreed to place his order for it, my husband ordered the grilled cheese sandwich and soup meal. After a bit of a wait the waitress brings a very nice looking grilled cheese and chicken soup. I say, "excuse me, he ordered tomato soup." She seemed to be angry with us, and said. "Tomato." We had pancakes and things that involve syrup as well. She walks away. Talks and laughs with another employee for several minutes while we are trying to get her to bring us syrup. She ignores us. My husband attempted to find a manager, and was rudely ignored by the staff. She waited another table, then snuck the syrup onto the table. He sat back down. She shows up with a plate of sliced tomato. We had to officially complain to corporate by the time it was all said and done. She even lied about taking 2 dollars off the bill for the soup. Those new maple filled things are really good though. Like warm gooey donut holes deep-fried.

I like Dennys and enjoy the food. Prices have gone up like everywhere. Service is usually great but not so much this time. Our food came out but there was no silverware. We sat there for a while waiting for it. We didn't seem to have a specific server. It was hard to get a to-go box and the check.

MELISSA AND RAFAEL ARE THE BEST!
Management material! I’ve always go during the evening hours but now I’m definitely come strung the earlier hours! So fast, attentive! Great service! The food was perfect! I had forgotten my credit card on the table and Melissa came out running to ensure I got it before leaving! Great person!

All Dennys at all locations are way below a minimum acceptable standard I’ve tried many multiple times. The problem is corporate leadership. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!
