Senate Bill 478 (SB 478) and the Hidden Fees Law. I got charged an extra fee for replacing my potatoes and toast with fruit on a veggie omelet. In the menu. It doesn't show any additional cost to the asked menu price. When I brought this up and explained that they can't do that by law. They tried to bully me into paying the price. The manager told me I wouldn't be allowed back in the restaurant. If they take it off. I have been coming to this Dennys for 2 years and tipping 9 to 10 dollars every time. Unfortunately I know my rights as a consumer and their tactics were unlawful. I highly recommend you read the menu and look at your receipt before paying. I have filed a complaint with the weight and measuring department so they can investigate.

To the Denny AI reply. How can I give you a chance to redeem yourself? When I am permanently banned from going there.

Breakfast no worries until I noticed my Pancakes were in need of a HOT GRIDDLE that I couldn't provide. Just a minute or two would do. Or maybe it was the overkill oF compensation blueberries in which activated the pancake to return to its raw form of WET BATTER.....TU SHEA TU

Worst Denny's experience I've had in 3 states. Waiter couldn't understand English. Missed and messed up drink order. Food overcooked. Waiter never came back to check on guests.

My review has nothing to do with the food but when I went to pay.I tried to use the $5 discount card that came with the gift card, It didn't work or they wouldn't accept it.I tried to use my military discount.I didn't even get that.

Not very friendly customer service we had to wait 5 minutes just to be seated because it was no waitress or waiter in the front entry the cook had a sit us of a gathering of six people. There was a change of shift and the associate that took over didn't even have a login to the register so we could pay. Then the gentleman was trying to start an argument over why I was upset. The worst customer service that I've ever had at a Denny's

Javier, I believe, is the name of the individual who provided exceptionally poor customer service. I requested cheese on my omelette, but it was not included. Instead, the omelette was a puffy, unflipped egg, and the presentation was quite unappealing. Moreover, he failed to return to our table to check on our needs. It is essential for servers to take pride in the food they present. Had I been the one paying, the tip you received would have been significantly impacted. This was a disappointing experience overall; we also requested a side of pancakes, which were never delivered.

My server was fine, but other than that, she does not wait on customers in order, and she it takes too long to come to the table. The food was overcooked, or it sat under a warming heater for way too long. Salmon was way overcooked. Guy, that comes in late night for replacing the server is rather rude to customers and doesn't clearly speak or understand the english language.
