We were seated upon arrival. Our server was quick and attentive. Drinks, apps, and meal were paced appropriately. Manager was visibly helping all over the restaurant. Food was delicious as were the drinks.

We had a wonderful meal including trying some new things as we landed there at Happy Hour!! The ground beef taco knocked my socks off!!!! Wasn't expecting it to be soooo good!!! Loved the cheese enchiladas as well!!! The corn tortillas are a must! I have learned to order extra when I go there!!!! Well be back!

The food was so bland - had no flavor and did not taste good at all. The margaritas were also bland with little to no flavor ! Service was good but the vibe was not it, so many sounds from the mall that it's not quiet enough to talk. The rice was so mushy and gross. I would not recommend

This js one of my favorite places to visit. The food and drinks are delicious. I have never had a bad staff experience. The staff they hire are friendly and helpful. What do I enjoy eating their cheese crisps and the taco salad. I do not care for salad but their taco salad is tasty.

My biggest complaint is about the chips and the salsa. The chips were like something that came out of a cheap brand in the grocery store. Very disappointing. The salsa was some kind of dark red paste.

THE perfect place to bring our extended family coming together from across the country to celebrate my daughter's UCSD graduation. The staff was incredibly accommodating and patient. Seating on the patio was comfortable and made it easy for everyone to hear conversation. The food was delicious. The cost was way less than anticipated for such a large group.

Loved the decor of the restaurant! I don't remember my server name but she has glasses and attended our party of 9 and she was WONDERFUL! Excellent customer service I wish I knew her name to thank her on this, will be definitely visiting back again. The nachos were 💣.COM
The absolute best experience at Blanco Fashion Valley. I took my staff there for birthday celebrations. I first had to call because we were late for our reservation due to meetings and traffic. The lady on the phone, Olivia, was so nice and helpful. Then the food was all amazing!! Service was amazing. And even when they called the manager over so I could get everything settled, he was great. Usually there's one person that's not the best, but everyone was so great and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The drinks were yummy and so pretty too. 🙂

We decided to go here with some friends for the first time to try it out during Restaurant Week, and it exceeded our expectations! Everything from the accommodations we were given for seating (there was an infant in our party), the friendly server, to the huge servings of food was amazing. Definitely a better experience than at some other restaurants we've visited during Restaurant Week. Sometimes it feels like restaurants skimp on you if you order the special deal, but at Blanco it seemed no different than if we'd ordered off the regular menu. We were so pleasantly surprised, and will most likely return for another meal in the near future.
