Boba is so watered down, I’ve never had a more watered down taro. Then gave a chance to the chocolate one (can’t mess that one up right) WRONG. Skip this overly priced store

Had a very unpleasant experience today, first of all the staff does not speak any English, does not even understand what the customer is asking. Ordered a rainbow cookie, the staff did not understand that I was trying to ask for a plain rainbow cookie with no toppings on top. Received a very plain cookie, when I asked why it is not rainbow cookie they said because I asked for a plain. He decided to remake me a a cookie, but brought me an old cookie that someone ordered earlier. I thought that he will at least give me the plain one which is fresh. But all I received is an old cookie…. very unprofessional….

Love the self order kiosks. These guys have it down to a system. Each of the three kiosks are named A, B and C. Those letters are coupled with a number to form your order number. Loved the Strawberry Smoothie. Wife liked her Peach Green Iced Tea.
