For a wing place, the wings were tiny, had barely any meat and were overcooked. This is Not a good place to go for wings apparently. Maybe I got a bad cook.

Absolutely the best wings I have ever had. When I travel I personally hunt down wings...I have been to 100s of wing joints, and while this may be a whole in the wall eating establishment...the award banners do not lie. Definitely absolutely without a doubt the best wings in the nation. I don't live in San Diego, so when I visit Dirty Birds will be a stop every time.

Absolutely tasty chicken wings. It was spicy and full of flavours. Can't wait to go there again. Best food I ate in San Diego. We ordered 20 pieces with 4 types and Habanero Chicken Wings and they were absolutely fantastic.
Enjoyed the happy hour there... I will visit this place whenever I came to San Diego for sure...

Dry wings, high price, below average service. They probably fry their wings beforehand, and refry them to the order. You get dry wings if you’re unlucky

I just had a freakishly awesome hamburger from here!
I was staying at a hotel around the corner, so I got my food to go. I ordered a Cali Burger with avocado and bacon, no tomatoes ( sorry, I like my tomatoes garden fresh). The hamburger was juicy and had a lot of flavor.
