I ordered a large pizza, garlic bites, and some cinnamon bites. Pizza came out great but when I got home I realized I was given two garlic bites. The gf was not letting that one slide so I called them to get the situation resolved. The guy at the store was apologetic, made a new order ASAP, gave me more than I originally paid for, and was in and out without paying for the additional food. Inconvenient? A bit, but mistakes happen and the service made up for it.

I live close by, so I often get the carry out specials in a pinch. The app is great and they are quick. Domino's is the best of the big chain pizzas. I enjoy the New York Style pizza best.

Owners & managers do not take responsibility of helping customers. I was charged over $200 for order which I did not authorize so called store around 12:30pm on 07/01/25 for information and the manager was as rude as any one can get hung up when questioned regarding the charges. Found out from Domino's corporate that this is a franchisee and upon further digging found out this location has several problems regarding manually entering customers card and fraudulently charging them. I have register a complaint with SDPD.If more people who have had this issue with this particular location should lodge a complaint so authorities can investigate.

I love Domino’s Pizza but they gave me an extremely burnt pizza. Just look at the picture. Idk how someone looked at this pizza and decided it was okay to cut & box it for a customer.

I did an online order with the Domino’s app and had a malfunction when they canceled my order without telling me I called the store and the manager. Daniel was the most unprofessional, vague and rude manager. I’ve ever talked too, how horrendous that that’s what we are letting Operate our businesses now of days these young rude children.

Today I use my 60 points to get a free pizza and still got charged $20 Thanks guys for robbing me What did you do Pocket the $20
Just have to say—Daniel made the best pizza I’ve ever had from this location. On top of that, when I came in to pick up my order, he was super friendly and even cracked a joke that made me laugh. Great service and even better pizza.
P.S. I hope Coca-Cola makes a bottle with your name it!

So today I'm sitting outside of Domino's about to leave them a great review as I order another pizza I think well let me wait for this pizza before I leave a review well good thing I did I order a barbecue chicken pizza I just received the pizza It tastes like soap and there's no chicken on it Lucky me my five star review changed to a two really fast first off why the hell does it taste like soap second off How do you forget the chicken on a barbecue chicken pizza

It took over an hour to get my pizza and it was ice cold and soggy.
I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. My order arrived and I opened the box of wings to realize it was bread sticks and not wings at all. I called the store and they asked if I wanted to come back for the wings or get them another time. I opted for another time as I wasn't going to go pick up an order that was supposed to be for delivery. I asked how I was supposed to get these next time. Would there be a credit on my account. They said that I would have to call or come in to order them. Flash forward I call in to order them today and I'm put on hold for over 10 mins. I call on my other phone and get hung up on. Hang up and call back on the phone that is holding. Term then I won't hold as I've been on hold forever already. They go to take my order and when I tell them that I am supposed to have a credit they immediately put me back on hold without any notice and I spend another 10 mins on hold. I once again hang up and call back. They answer and I stay to explain to then yet again about the previous order and how I'm supposed to have a credit only to be told that there was nothing that he could do because a manager would have to handle it. He said let me talk to my manager and I told him to just put the manager on since he couldn't handle it anyway. I was once again put on hold before the manager gets on and tells me that he can't find a credit on my account before calling me the wrong name. I told him that wasn't me and gave him my correct info. He said he didn't see a credit but would take care of it. He didn't apologize or anything for the way the situation was handled but just kept saying that he had just gotten there and they were busy. When my boyfriend gets there to pick up the order they can't find an order for me. But then tell him it will be ready in 5 minutes. This has literally been the worst customer service and experience that I've had at this place and I order from them on a regular basis.
