I love this story! The people that work here are so friendly, the food is always amazing, and I really enjoy everything about this place. It's open pretty late which is nice for someone that doesn't get off work until a little bit later at night. I gotta say, this is my favorite Domino's by far

Our pizza was overcooked, there was literally zero toppings. Last time I order online, I'm getting my pizza locally now. I recommend Market Place instead if you want to get real pizza.

They said they delivered my food 64 minutes ago, still no food. I called once, they said “i know it said delivered but it’s not” I’ve called 5 times with them picking up the phone and then hanging up or not speaking. (Not to mess up their quality metrics).

**UPDATE- after 23 calls with nobody actually answering and 3 HOURS after the time my food was said to be delivered… it was delivered AND it was the incorrect order.

I love Domino’s pizza, just did not like the behavior and attitude of the store manager. I mistakenly ordered a speciality pizza that has meat (I am a vegetarian). I found out when it came. I told store manager. One of the employees was eager to offer me a replacement. However the store manager replied rudely “you have to order a new one”. Then, I ordered a new Thin Crust pizza. The manager came and asked me “Do you really want Thin Crust ? I can make the same pizza for you without meat”. I thought she is giving me a replacement pizza. I asked her clearly “Do I have to pay for the replacement pizza or you are giving a replacement?”. She clearly said “No, I don’t have to pay”. My family heard this too. I agreed to get the same pizza without meat, as a courtesy. When the new pizza was ready she asked me to pay for the pizza again. She lied to me because clearly she did not want to make a Thin Crust pizza. Courtesy says if I ordered a wrong pizza by mistake, she could have offered me a replacement pizza but instead she lied and gave me the pizza which I did not order on my second order. She was very rude during the whole conversation.

I don't know whats happened here the last year or so. This place used to be a decent Dominos in the neighborhood but whether it be new management or poor staff hires, the quality at this location has vanished. The last three times I have visited has been a nightmare. Whether it be waiting an hour for a large cheese pizza or staff on their phones hiding somewhere in the building ignoring customers coming in and waiting at the register. Just go to the Pizza Hut 5 minutes east and skip this option.

Ordered food for pickup. Was marked ready in the app and still wasn’t ready for another 20 minutes. Don’t order here unless you want to wait an extra 20-40 minutes longer than it takes to cook for your food.

Some of the worst dominos i’ve ever had and the customer service is horrible!! They texted saying my order was on its way and it took over half hour to get to me. I called and first they said they would check on the driver and never got back to me. I called back and then they said they didn’t do orders for my area and would transfer me to the store that does, that store had no clue about my order.
The driver finally showed up and he was stressed and in a rush trying to deliver multiple orders in the same trip. Pizza was cold, very dry from being overcooked and we had to rip slices apart since they didn’t cut ir right.
These drivers are way underpaid driving their own cars and solely making any money from tips all while the stores make all the money and not care about the customers.
