The woman on the phone was horribly rude and left us on hold before hanging up. They also messed up our order by adding an ingredient someone is allergic to. She was very rude and dismissive when it came to asking for another delivery. Very frustrating.

If you order food online, it is best to pay cash when driver delivers. The last few times I ordered online there were items missing in my delivery and because I paid online by credit card I was told by store I could not get a refund just a credit. Even though on two occasions they admitted they were out of the items. You would think if this is the case, just dont charge for items? The problem with this is that when you call the store to inquire on credit, they say they do not have notes on order. I've lost over $50 at this store do to credits that have seemed to be lost in their system. The customer service and delivery drivers are the worst. Last time the driver was not even close to my house and asked if I could just wait outside in the cold for him to make sure he finds place. I declined and he made it here. Don't they have navigation? Never had a driver from anywhere call me and ask me to wait outside. Food is avg.. Recommend not ordering from this location or just skip Domino's all together. Not worth the hassle.

For specialty pan pizzas, they are very skimpy on the toppings. Definitely not worth the price! Have had much better pizzas from other Dominos locations.

Hours say it's open, nobody answers the phone. I get to the location and the guy working sees me but doesn't even bother to acknowledge the fact someone's trying to order food. I call again to see if they pick up; nope, they've been ignoring it. So I wasted my gas coming out here. I saw one of the guys (the cook) smoking inside at 11:15pm on February 15

If I could give zero I would. Worse service. Don't answer the phone and lie about arrival time. Would never order from this place it will definitely close soon.

There is a delivery driver named David that rolls up to meet you and his first act is to hand you a pen and printed receipt with X's marked so he can get a tip. That is his first and foremost concern. Tip, then service. He is surely doing this to every single person that is tipping in cash. It's the kind of entitlement that makes you want to not tip. I had a $5 bill in my pocket ready to go and instead I pulled out two $1 bills. I should have given him nothing because he even entered the wrong address and had to call me to meet me at the correct location.

Would not return here. Have given this place several chances without success. Most recently, placed an order, told it would be ready in 35-45 min. Did not walk out with a pizza until an hour and a half later. Workers appeared lost. My order was misplaced twice. By the third time, they made one in a smaller size. At this point, too exhausted to wait for a remake. Even more disappointing after working long shifts and hoping to get a quick meal. Whoever owns this location and manages has a lot of room to improve. Will not return, would not recommend, wish I could 0 stars, and would prefer to drive further to a different domino's location.

Whoever the woman taking the calls is, a manager needs to tell her that she can’t put customers on hold and never get back to them just because she doesn’t want to deal with delivery orders. I was on hold for 15 minutes three separate times, on the first two she just vanished and never returned. On my third call she decided to do her job by finally picking up the phone and rudely telling me I was going to have to wait an hour if I wanted pizza. If you want Dominos, don’t waste your time ordering from this location.

The worst Dominos I've ever been too!!! Today was my birthday and I wanted to get some pizza. After I purchased the pizza and came back to pick it up I asked for some pepper and they said $1.99 for just a packet that used to be completely free! I said maybe they could shake it on and they refused to do so. Keep in mind it was my birthday and then my daughter walked in and asked the same question and they said "You can send as many people in here as you want your not getting any pepper." I was so disappointed that I needed to write this review. The number 1 most un-kind employee was a tall dark-haired girl with a nose ring. After all that when I was about to leave she said "Happy Birthday!" in such a sarcastic way I was shocked. If you ever want to ruin your day or especially your birthday come visit.

I only order from Dominos because my 9-year -old granddaughter requests. According to Yelp, I live 4 minutes away. The website promises pizza delivered hot...another fantasy shot to Hell. Not once have I not needed to reheat my pizza. The pizza is mediocre but edible. Add-on toppings are $$for very small amounts. I counted 11 tiny pieces of pineapple but I have no idea how much those 11 tiny pieces cost me. Onion and green pepper add ons are equally minuscule. There's no indication of cost of add-ons for " build your own " pizza. There's just a final price. Then $5.99 delivery plus suggested tip of another $6 plus tax. I would not object to the price of $38 for pizza if it were not all crust and little else. I also want to
