Order was lost and made up in 45 minutes without apology - Placed a large pizza order in afternoon, tried to pick up after 1 hour, but the staff cannot find it. Then they seemed having forgotten the issue and went back to process other orders. Only after my request again "where's my order", they realized that it still needs a resolution. Then they reordered the same pizza, told me that they won't charge me (Come on! Shall I say thanks?), and took another like 20 mins to make it.
Whole waiting time ~ 45 minutes. No apology. No compensation. They seemed always busy so don't care a penny how customer felt. BTW, the made up large was over cooked and no salty at all !
I'm not against all Domino's because shopping XP in my neighborhood were good. But I'm against this Domino's - Camino Ruiz store. It's the worst ever.
Take my word. Don't shop here. Or you will be compelled to complain here by words, like me did it here : (

Came in around 930PM. Only one person inside and he was on his phone while also preparing pizzas. I know for a fact that is not a sanitized device. Phone should be put away through the duration of food handling. Don’t get people sick over a stupid phone!

I am very disappointed. I ordered a small pizza and as I was eating, I see hair strands. Please to whoever is working there, wear your caps or keep your hair away from the food. I am not going back due to this situation. Felt like I wasted my money, I didn’t get to finish all of my pizza. Ordered on 8/31/2024 around 7:40 ish.
I ordered cheese pizza for my kids. The gentleman at the front was great but the pizza was too dry and I felt too much flour all over the pizza. Sorry not recommending it

There is no option to put zero or else I would have definitely putted -500 out of 100, Not the first time happened everytime worst customer service and worst people meet so far, doesn’t know how to deliver b on time, the delivery is 30 minutes but you guys give 2 minutes after the food is ready to pick up or deliver but once I click the option to I am here as soon as it’s ready they never respond I have to take personally not one time multiple times, that’s not what Dominoz is!!, every guest is facing the same issue I have been talking with the guest next to me they always say that- This is the worst location ever the guys who work here are not good at all they have worst customer service ever, Dominoz is big firm where they promised the perfect order but these guys messed up every time, Dominoz is Way too good in different locations, it’s me that had been waited here not just 58 times but more than that including today, I have to pick it up most of thetime Why???????

I just want to say how dissatisfied I am with my recent order. I ordered two large pizzas, a New York style and a deluxe. The pizzas were made poorly hardly any cheese on it. You can see the sauce seeping out. I ordered eight wings for $12.99. I don’t think I’ve ever seen smaller wings. Complete rip off, I will not recommend this location. I will make the drive to Rancho Penasquitos for my next order.

Dominos charged me twice. I placed online order, paid right away, their website took the payment and said order was placed successfully. When I came to the store, they asked me to pay, and said they don't see any payment. Refused to give me the food, until I paid for the second time for the same order. BEWARE.

I went to my local Dominos in Mira Mesa, CA to order 5 medium pizzas. The part I was worried about was the location where the pizzas were to be delivered. The driver brought them earlier thsn expected and found me instead of me finding her (didn't catch her name). Outstanding quick sevice and the pizzas were devoured in minutes.

Disastrous Delivery Experience at Domino’s Pizza
I recently had the most appalling experience with Domino’s Pizza that I feel compelled to share. It all started when their delivery driver thought it appropriate to park directly in front of my garage, obstructing my access. When I politely requested her to move so I could park, she became defensive and promptly cancelled the delivery, leaving me without the food I had ordered.
Upon contacting Domino’s Pizza to address the issue, I was shocked to be accused of yelling at their delivery driver. This accusation was entirely false; all I did was ask her to move her vehicle. To substantiate my claim, I provided video evidence from my outdoor camera, clearly showing the sequence of events. Despite presenting undeniable proof, they refused to acknowledge their mistake and instead sided with their dishonest employee.
The most disappointing aspect of this ordeal was the utter lack of professionalism displayed by Domino’s Pizza staff. Rather than rectifying the situation, they chose to dismiss my evidence and treated me with blatant disrespect. It was disheartening to see how they ganged up against me, disregarding my valid concerns and ultimately forcing me to abandon my attempt to reason with them.
In conclusion, my experience with Domino’s Pizza was nothing short of a nightmare. Their delivery driver’s incompetence, coupled with their refusal to acknowledge the truth, left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere, and I urge others to think twice before patronizing a company that values deceit over customer satisfaction.
