My Fiancé and I work extremely stressful and dangerous jobs, 7 days a week. So when we have time to relax, we really look forward to getting foods that we have been craving.
I don’t know what’s happening to this Dominos location. We ordered yesterday and our pizza was very burnt, missing toppings, and just all dough. The pasta had about 1/2 of the typical portion, completely dried out pasta noodles, and burnt all around. The Brownie was a complete brick, completely inedible. So we spent a long time trying to contact support and they didn’t email us back.
We were still craving Dominos, so we ordered again tonight, and to our complete astonishment, IT IS WORSE!
I talked to the store about it and they had no real response to the issue. They just said if I don’t hear back from support in a few days, to come back and let them know..
We ordered from here a few months ago and it was incredible. Don’t order from this location now. I’d be happy to change my review if they make this right and make changes, but we’ve spent $100 in 2 days, with inedible food, completely unacceptable.

Absolutely amazing, my food was prepared fast, fresh and it came to my door hot and ready, honestly one of the best dominos I’ve ordered from.
Highly recommend even if it’s the weekend and late at night.

Burnt my pasta and gave me half portion. Called to complain, they put me on hold for 3 mins and tell me they are too busy. I guess thats why they are messing orders. The owner should look into this. The ladies working are rude and insensitive. I asked to speak to the manager, the lady said she was the manager. Asked to talk to the owner she bluntly said, No You Cant. Shows how much they value their customers. Dominos corporate, hope you see this and get these ladies some training in customer service.

Called and spoke to David about my online/app order. Talk about a person…..that’s extremely polite and helpful! Ensured me that my order was perfect and that he was the person making my order! Pizzas came in beyond delicious
Horrible experienced. I place a simple order for pick up in my local Domino's Pizza, and was very confident that everything is alright but unfortunately they give a wrong item! Called them back right away, but they asking me to return my order so they can see it'. At the store , the same lady who handle my order just look up and didn't say anything but to replace it. One gentleman came out and asked what was going? I said the lady handed me a wrong order and he didn't say anything either and turned his back. What a nightmare!

They ran out of ALL toppings and sprinkled a little onions and olives on our 5 topping pizzas which they tried to pass as our pizza. But the deal breaker was the rude manager who said we should be happy with what we’re getting and to never order again at dominos.

I ordered 3 Large pizzas from my local dominoes, the pizza ordered was burnt mishandled and just looked terrible. I called to see if I can get my order remade or refund and the customer service was very rude and I was very surprised. won’t be spending my hard earned money there again!!

Order was lost and made up in 45 minutes without apology - Placed a large pizza order in afternoon, tried to pick up after 1 hour, but the staff cannot find it. Then they seemed having forgotten the issue and went back to process other orders. Only after my request again "where's my order", they realized that it still needs a resolution. Then they reordered the same pizza, told me that they won't charge me (Come on! Shall I say thanks?), and took another like 20 mins to make it.
Whole waiting time ~ 45 minutes. No apology. No compensation. They seemed always busy so don't care a penny how customer felt. BTW, the made up large was over cooked and no salty at all !
I'm not against all Domino's because shopping XP in my neighborhood were good. But I'm against this Domino's - Camino Ruiz store. It's the worst ever.
Take my word. Don't shop here. Or you will be compelled to complain here by words, like me did it here : (
