Domino's Pizza

Our Super Bowl Sunday wings came out undercooked, I usually shop here and I don’t want to bash the team there by any means but management gotta tell them to step up. Not through criticism of their work, because these young folks are doing more than most people just by showing up! I appreciate you guys SO much for being our local food chain workers. We just want our food to come out cooked well, and dressed up with flavor. I know you guys gotta move fast, but if you could cook with some compassion and care for your customers you’ll see more in your earnings and better customer support for you all in return. Trust you don’t want more angry customers by any means, not worth the 5-10 seconds you save by halving the effort. You guys got this!

Pizza was solid but the buffalo wings we got weren’t great. Tasted reheated and they was very little sauce on em.

Usually this place is pretty decent, but the last time I ordered we got an order of TWENTY FIVE DOLLAR wings that had next to no sauce on them, tasted like pigeon meat, they were so gummy and almost inedible. The company took several weeks to get back to me about wanting a refund, to which they offered me a $50 credit to use, and when I tried to order a small order (I understand they close in 30 minutes and I do want to feel bad for that but based on their previous service and CURRENT service, I don't), they said they don't deliver to my area even though they have multiple times and I live less than 5 minutes away, and I heard them in the background go "tell them we don't deliver there we literally close in 30 minutes" and proceeded to not help me at all. Reference the awful wings we received:

This Dom's is Night and Day compared to the Ashford location. Everything I order was correct,fresh with kind service hands down good job Linda Vista....

I ordered online two pizzas and cinnamon twists to be delivered. Supposedly it would take about 1/2 hour. An hour later, two pizzas showed up. No twists. The driver went back to his car, saying he would check, and drove away. I called to figure out what happened and was told I could get a refund or wait longer, so I took the refund. The person on the phone was very hard to understand (muffled). We'll see if I actually get refunded. I will not be ordering from this location again.

We ordered a large deluxe last night, it got done in 11 minutes and the pizza was fire!!!! Staff was friendly and they were working very hard with all their orders and still made it happen fast. They also have a manager special for walkins. Highly recommend this location

The delivery driver that just delivered to my house, was trying to guilt trip me for tip that I do not have. I thought I would be able to update my tip through the app but after the interaction, no. He was very rude, and did not follow the delivery instructions for contactless delivery. If this is how they’re trained, to press customers, then they don’t get my business.

I've tried talking to these people so many times, but nothing ever gets done.

The pizza today is the final straw. You drenched the pizza in sauce that all the toppings just fall off when picking it up. I ALWAYS ask for well done and you still undercook it.

I don't know what else to do then just leave a 1 star review. Maybe you all will get it right some day, but you've lost me as a dominos customer moving forward.

Over priced. Delivery fee $7.00 + you want a tip after that. $6 was a good fair deal for the sandwich but not $8.00. there not a hat good
