I ordered just before closing and when I got there, there were only a couple workers cleaning up and the door had been auto-locked. I called to check if they had closed already and they answered and explained the auto-lock, and gave me my food right away! It was close to midnight and I'm sure the workers were exhausted but they were really nice and offered me a free soda for the trouble.

Food consistently gets delivered extremely late and cold to the point that I automatically preheat my own oven every time I order. I live less than a mile on the same street as restaurant. horrible management.

Excellent dominoes! I won’t go to any other one as long as I live near. They bring the pizza out to your cars, which is convenient because I have a baby. And the one time they did mess up, they came to my car to grab the pizza fix it and bring it out back to me. And he was really sweet about it! Totally recommend this location!

The corporate headquarters needs to figure out the app and turn it off and stop taking orders during busy times. The staff is doing the best they can but it hurts the customer. It’s not fair to the staff or guest.
I’m not going to buy into these BS over the top COVID restrictions. Here, I can walk in to pick up a pizza I previously ordered, but they will not let me order one in person; I have to call or order online. So, what do you avoid? Either way I’m here calling your direction. It’s ridiculous. I’m fed up with these stupid policy changes that are happening in so many woke corporate franchises. I will get pizza at one of the many other options. Screw Domino’s.

My food was handed off to someone else and marked as "completed" in the app. When I called and asked where my food was they acted as though it was my fault, or that I was lying. I even put on my receipt to call me before making the delivery. I live less than a half mile from the store so this should have been an easy task.

Had an issue with the app and the manager took care of me. The pizza hit the spot.
My wings were fine but you can't mess up throwing frozen wings in a fry basket and cooking them then drizzle with some sauce. My pizzaaaaaaa though the was terrible, the entire center wasn't even cooked all the way, the deep dish pizza was a flat as my paper plate an and the cheese is just kinda mushed on there with no real place. I've managed fastfood for 5 years and I get there are mistakes but the place was dead with no customers, they have instructions on how to make a pizza how hard can it be just to follow them.

Ordered dominos at 10:30. Called to verify ordered and they said it was received. It’s now 11:50 and we are not seeing our order. Called number from multiple phones and it’s answer busy. Would not recommend ordering late. Any response given will not be okay as long as it involved a very generous gift card sent to me. Please check with manager on situation going on with this location. I’ve never experienced this before. Pizza is now in the oven at 12 am. I am not impressed. Hopefully I won’t get some lame response paragraph. Please trust me?
