Great menu variety and super friendly bartenders, but the steak is where it’s at. Chimichurri and horseradish sauce are amazing but not overwhelming, and the cut is almost a ribeye with marbling but still a strip in flavor. Great wine selection including Napa favorites. Can’t recommend enough!

Angelica and Jeff made this experience amazing. The staff here is so friendly and made this experience that much better for my wife and I on our stay at Hyatt Regency. The food wasn’t anything to rant and rave about — it was good — but the staff are what make this place special. Those two genuinely made such a lovely night for me and my wife.

Typical hotel bar. The chips and dip were very underwhelming. Smallest “scoops” of dip i have ever seen.

Food was below average, both chicken and streak were not tasty. Dessert is great though.
Ordered short rib and some pasta. The pasta was basically Mac n cheese but watery. The $35 short rib honestly tastes like the pre made frozen dinner from Costco.

Great service and great food at reasonable prices in boojie La Jolla. We tried the chicken, poke bowl, flat bread, and truffle fries. The service was excellent. Probably the best service in the area.

The hotel itself (paper they give you at check in, signage in the hotel, the Hyatt website) has one set of times, and the the staff get to make other own. If this was a mom and pop restaurant and not a corporate environment I would understand. We made reservations here on open table and were rudely messaged saying last call was at 9:45 despite having reservations available until midnight on the app and everything in the hotel saying 11. When we came in within the window told to us BY HYATT we were met with god awful service and servers talking smack about us within earshot. Food was decent tasting, price point is what you'd expect from a hotel restaurant in the area. But you can have a totally different experience at a high end restaurant at the UTC mall for the same price. Kind of soured me on Hyatt forever.
