The people that staff this Dunkin, at least on my visits, are some of the friendliest fast-food staff I’ve encountered. Even when they’re clearly bogged down with orders and a full line at the drive-thru, I’ve been handed my mobile order with a smile, and my order is right every time. I hope everyone here gets a well-deserved raise.

I wanted to write this to highlight how lovely and helpful the staff were on my last visit, I had asked for a special request for my order and they were more than happy to help. I believe the coffee I ordered had been taken by someone else mistakenly from the counter, and they went out of their way to help me and remake it quickly. Super appreciative of the service here!

I like Dunkin’ (3 stars over all), but I just called to ask what time they close today and it was THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL interaction I have ever had over the phone ever. For the cost of business in the great state of California, business owners should really rethink their expectations.

Whent to Dunkin' Donuts and their selection was really limited and donuts were just ok. The service was just average, as they were slow to help and not very friendly. Will try Jimmy John's next time. .

Thay are still pretty new so there must be some problem's with training...ordered a frozen coffee...it had no coffee in it that I can tell. Was not able to take more than a few sips.

I had an Old Fashion Sour Cream doughnut and an iced coffee. I asked them to put a little cinnamon in the iced coffee and they did. The iced coffee was good. It had a good coffee flavor and was smooth. The sour cream old fashion doughnut was very good, too. It offered a slight sour cream flavor and was soft and moist.
The service was okay. They took a little longer than usual to take my order, but once they did, the young lady was friendly. This location shares a space with Jimmy Johns Sandwich shop. I had a inside seating and a drive through.
