The people that staff this Dunkin, at least on my visits, are some of the friendliest fast-food staff I’ve encountered. Even when they’re clearly bogged down with orders and a full line at the drive-thru, I’ve been handed my mobile order with a smile, and my order is right every time. I hope everyone here gets a well-deserved raise.
I wanted to write this to highlight how lovely and helpful the staff were on my last visit, I had asked for a special request for my order and they were more than happy to help. I believe the coffee I ordered had been taken by someone else mistakenly from the counter, and they went out of their way to help me and remake it quickly. Super appreciative of the service here!
I like Dunkin’ (3 stars over all), but I just called to ask what time they close today and it was THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL interaction I have ever had over the phone ever.
