When you get in, you gonna stand in front of the register for at least 8 minutes, nobody is gonna say “hey welcome in, or at least “thanks for waiting I’ll be right back with you”

I stood near the register for like 8 minutes and all the workers looking at me up and down and say nothing, I was the only customer inside the store btw, imagine I had my uniform on(Service member). So I think more training is needed to the workers.

Honestly. Go through the drive through, they seem to take better care of you. Went in this time and girl was so so so slow and had her blue tooth phone on clearly talking to a friend on her phone while going at snail speed to complete orders. Took me about 8 mins for one iced coffee. On top of it all, lo and behold she got my order WRONG too, what a surpise seeing as she was more focused on her phonecall. Figure management would want to know to maybe get their staff to do their job right. Kinda tired of this kind of service everywhere. I also own a business, and if my staff doesn't do what they are hired to do, customers have every right to give their feedback, especially if staff can't get a simple iced coffee right.

The staff at this location are OUTSTANDING 😃

The energy, the friendliness, the hustle to get food done and get you on your way. The way they cover eachother off. The way they even give the customers little compliments and lots of smiles.

We are visiting from Canada (British Columbia and Ontario) and this was a perfect send off as we leave beautiful California!

We didn't use the drive through so got more exposure to the staff than is normal. I wish I had cash on me to give them all a generous tip!

The sit in space is not nice but if you had to dine in at least you are in the company of the wonderful young people that work there. It's otherwise a total 5-star experience!!

I ordered a chicken espresso Light Ice they made it it was unthinkable I hated it I get the same drink almost everyday so I know the way it tastes when they remade it they give me a cup of ice for the spit of coffee not good

Great customer service - the staff had our Grubhub order ready at the time I set for pickup and everything was packaged well! Everyone was very nice/courteous and the area was clean - can't ask for better than that. Thanks for a great catering/pickup experience!
