It took an absurd amount of time to order our food, the area was very small with little parking. The hot chocolates tastes like water and the bacon egg and cheese sandwich didn't have much flavor. Our hash browns and bagel were pretty burned. Overall never going back.

I have been to this Dunkin’s a few times. I’m from New England so I miss it occasionally. However, every time I go I get let down. i always think things will change but they never do. The wait is so long, even if you order ahead. I spent 30 minutes in the drive through today. They were out of a LOT of food/ingredients. it happens. I finally got my sandwich and it was cold (???). then i tried my hot chocolate and it tasted like water. another sip, water. (???!!!). I was late to work for this. I spent money for this. I regret coming here 100% if i could go back an hour and tell myself not to, i would.

I work three blocks away and decided to walk to this location to grab a quick breakfast and coffee. When I arrived I found out the walk-in side of the store is now closed, only accepting orders at the drive-thru. Had to walk back to my office empty handed and now didn't have any more time to drive back and grab breakfast. Shared my experience with one of my coworker and she told me about two months ago she went in to the same location and actually felt threaten by a homeless person flipping out and throwing chairs inside the store. Employees didn't or couldn't do anything about it. I don't blame them, some of these homeless people around Hillcrest are dangerous and you just don't know when they are going to flip. It is sad that we can't take a walk down the street of our once lovely neighborhood to go grab food because locations with Drive-Thru are choosing to closed their stores and just serve to-go orders. Making us even less of a community because we all have to be in our cars, no walking, not interacting with other people or our neighbors.

When your craving for something for a long time and that crave just get trashed. It's being a while since the last time I purchased in dunkin donuts and what a dissapoiment. Small donuts with a weird texture, not what it just to be , if I want a good donut definitely not at dunkin donuts. Service was ok , not the most friendly but it was at 6am so I do understand that is hard to be all friendly and smiling.

I don’t leave many reviews but today was memorably bad. Visited afternoon around 12pm and the customer service was non existent! I placed a mobile order well ahead and when I arrived, the two staff members were chatting it up and hadn’t bothered to check incoming orders. Store was almost empty with only two patrons other than myself.
When they finally noticed I still waited between another 15-20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and tots. The worker (when I could get her attention) seemed annoyed with my existence lol. I only went to this location because the closest one didn’t have certain products. Needless to say, I won’t be back
Parking: Parking is one direction, so you need to make sure you enter at the first opportunity. Area is pretty dated.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced! Went there on Wed 9/11/24 around 8:45am to really quickly go through the drive thru and the order screen was black and nobody said anything through the speaker for about five minutes so I ended up parking and going inside. There were three workers and about three customers inside, some were already eating and drinking but as I stood in line, none of the workers acknowledged me and some customers just kept going back and forth in front of me to get whatever they needed and I could see nobody was going to say anything to me so I finally said “hello??” like three times before a young Mexican guy looked at me like I was wrong for getting their attention. I asked him if the drive thru was open and he looked at me crazy and said yeah so I when I asked him why didn’t anyone take my order he just stared at me then him and some other lady started telling me how “busy” they are and began arguing with me then started yelling and asking me irrelevant and immature questions such as “what’s the worst experience you’ve ever been through” & to be honest I don’t even recall what I said because they were both yelling and coming for me I blanked and just said “forget this, I am out” and the guy still kept on asking me that crazy question as I was walking away upset. The workers I believe were racist and young and did not care about their job, which I could tell. They were very rude and their attitudes were just plain ugly. When I asked for the manager they both started arguing with me so I could not ever hear anything. Super frustrating and it was way too early for all that noise.

The place is busy we can’t deny that but the customer service is by far one of the best I have ever seen at a DD. The 930am staff today on a Sunday was so friendly , professional and working extremely efficient. Shout out to the whole crew on this shift
