Order on app for faster service and rewards! I was able to place the order ahead of time. Only thing I was disappointed about was how the drinks are handled. I had to find my two pumpkin lattes which were delicious.

Horrible dunkin . They never gave me my credit card back by the time i realized it was 7:30 pm and they close at 8 the doors were locked at 7;30 i knocked on the door the lady just stared at me and then looked back down and ignored me . I called the store she wouldn’t even pick up the phone .

I normally dont post reviews for Dunkin as I've been to many and they are essentially the same since all I usually order is a donut and a black coffee. But, the service that we received from Jessica (I believe this was her name or as the another review called her "the chick with the tats"), was exceptional. My wife mistakenly ordered a drink that she didnt like very much and Jessica did all she could to make her happy and made her another drink. She didnt have to do this and we didnt expect her to. Great customer service!

I feel compelled to write this: I was made to pull up after the drive through and wait. 4 cars went past some almost hitting me while I maneuver my own car to give them space. (Not sure why they can’t reverse some to make their own space as there are 2 lanes.)

I finally get my food after the stressful wait. The lady that comes out scolds me for not moving close enough to the curb “nobody told me”. Then she says “well you ordered on the app right when you got here”. Yeah I did and the order came through on your side. It would be no different then if I had ordered right then and you know that.

But the kicker? MY FOOD IS COLD!!! The wrap is room temp! Im frankly not sure it’s safe. I even get free Dunkin but will likely not return to this location. I’ve given it 4 chances. Only once was my food an acceptable level of “cooked”. Oh and they got my order wrong that one time. They gave me a bagel instead of a croissant.

Literally, everytime I visit this location there is an issue. Whether, it be poor customer service and/or missing items off of MOBILE ORDERS.. How TF do you mess up, multiple mobile orders?? It's all there in writing and they have time to complete and go over the order, before I arrive. I really don't think, it gets any "simpler" than that. It's extremely disappointing, because I'm a fan of Dunkin' and I purposely avoid this location because of instances identical this one.

They never have the new donuts. They always forget your donuts in the drive thru if you order on the app so check your bag. I also think they sub out cheaper items when things are sold out. The staff is nice but i think management is poor

Stuffed mini everything bagel tasted like burnt plastic. The donuts are getting smaller, but prices are going up.

Strike 1- Entrance doors locked during business hours w/ no sign indicating “use other door”. They clearly don’t want customers.

Strike 2- They didn’t have what I was looking for…no chocolate munchkins.

Strike 3- rude employees. Offered no apologies or compensation for not having what I traveled so far to come to their location to purchase. Their only interest was taking my order, collecting payment and telling me to get out of the way without offering my receipt (I had to ask for it.)

Strike 4- Prices on displayed menu do not match the prices that are charged in their computer system. Menu says one price and I was charged more than displayed price.

I grew up going to Dunkin Donuts in NJ but maybe it should stay back there….Won’t be back!!
