They are always so good about compensating for what they do not have on-hand. They are located on a busy road so it can be kind of load going through the drive thru, but they are always so quick at the window.

This review is from about a month ago. Went inside to order and was ignored for a solid 5 minutes. They were just paying attention to the drive thru. I no kidding could have grabbed a dozen donuts and walked out if I wanted to. When I finally got service it was fine, but the focus of the employee was still the drive thru. When I got home my bagel was burnt and the avocado toast was cold (I live across the street). Would not go here again. I have actually avoided it since. If I were to go back (which I don’t plan to do) I’d definitely use the drive thru.

Terrible experience everytime at this location I get food order here everyday and today might been the worst. Waited 35 minutes for an online order that didn’t get started and the customer had cancelled the whole order due to Excessive wait times. Need to hire more employees or schedule more morning shifts Everyone waited over 30 minutes for a donut

Three times I've been to this location, and three times I've been given the wrong order or with missing items. Not to mention that items from my order have been mistakenly added to another person's order. I love Dunkin, but this location is definitely not a great one. Unfortunately.

Individuals gave me the wrong order at the drive thru. Returned within 5 minutes to get correct order however individuals refused to correct thier mistake and became verbally abusive and threatened me with physical violence. The appearance of the employees and the irrationality of thier actions led me to believe they were on some dangerous narcotics and the safety of the food could not be trusted. I will never return
The cashier was not friendly and wrote down the wrong item. I ordered croissant and it said bagel.

Normally service and food are great but today couldn't get anyone to even walk up to the counter. I realize it is a Sunday but the place was empty and there were only 2 cars in the drive thru.How is it these folks deserve $20 an hour for unskilled labor? We won't be back.

Order on app for faster service and rewards! I was able to place the order ahead of time. Only thing I was disappointed about was how the drinks are handled. I had to find my two pumpkin lattes which were delicious.
