Not only is this one of the worst duncans i've been to, it's also one of the worst businesses in point loma. Get donuts and coffee from anywhere else. Their staff is always under trained and doesn't know how to perform their job. The facility itself seems to have constant issues with their machines and equipment.

Cashier was attentive and speedy. I appreciate the urgency of getting the coffe and sandwhich order out. My latte tasted great! I actually taste the espresso. Sandwhich tasted great. Nothing special just enough to fill our belly for breakfast. Donuts were tasty and yummy like always. Price was average for a coffe and donut.

They are always so good about compensating for what they do not have on-hand. They are located on a busy road so it can be kind of load going through the drive thru, but they are always so quick at the window.

This review is from about a month ago. Went inside to order and was ignored for a solid 5 minutes. They were just paying attention to the drive thru. I no kidding could have grabbed a dozen donuts and walked out if I wanted to. When I finally got service it was fine, but the focus of the employee was still the drive thru. When I got home my bagel was burnt and the avocado toast was cold (I live across the street). Would not go here again. I have actually avoided it since. If I were to go back (which I don’t plan to do) I’d definitely use the drive thru.

Terrible experience everytime at this location I get food order here everyday and today might been the worst. Waited 35 minutes for an online order that didn’t get started and the customer had cancelled the whole order due to Excessive wait times. Need to hire more employees or schedule more morning shifts Everyone waited over 30 minutes for a donut

Three times I've been to this location, and three times I've been given the wrong order or with missing items. Not to mention that items from my order have been mistakenly added to another person's order. I love Dunkin, but this location is definitely not a great one. Unfortunately.
