Service was good. Donuts were average. Coffee was very sub-par. Ordered a medium Midnight blend hot coffee with cream. Tasted like hot water with milk. I don't mean that it was weak coffee...I mean it literally tasted like hot water with milk!

I was here in the afternoon on Sunday. I waited until a boy helped me he was very nice customer service ever at Dunkin.I don’t know if it’s the time of I went or they are mainly only for in the early morning?! Anyway the doughnut was almost all of them looked old and the taste was not great as fresh. And there aren’t enough of them to choose I was very disappointed about it.

Boston Creme donuts are my favorite. I went to this Dunkin' and was disappointed. There were several "duds" in the Boston Creme donuts I got. They did not have any creme in them! I then tried calling them several times the same day and the day after. The message was in spanish..."please leave a message for" and then heavy breathing. I left a message - check your message. I did not misdial. It's the number on the DD website. Someone is not minding the store.

I walked in. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and never got greeted finally asked for the bathroom key cause I had to go to the bathroom cause I didn't go ahead and order through the app which I hate to do when I'm ordering avocado toast, because they never cook it right. So I verbally told the girl how I wanted my toast cooked. I wanted it medium he said I don't want it cold and white. I had to wait another 10 minutes after getting my avocado toast to get my cold brew got out to my car, open the avocado toast it was cold, white and void the bacon, I had to go back to get the bacon. They're unorganized and their customer service skills suck.
Chain coffee and donut store. The prices are high and the donuts are small compared to local independent donut and bagel stores in the area. They have a drive through for convenience which is the only time I'd recommend it. It is clean and the staff are nice.

Jeremiah was so sweet! I hadn't been in in a while and the menu is kinda hard to pick from because it doesn't have all the ice creams etc. but he was super patient so helpful with helping me to order. So polite! I have to give extra emphasis on how polite he was because it has just been Not the greatest experience where I live with service. So I really wanted to highlight just how awesome he was and he wasn't even doing anything that seemed beyond what he probably is like every day. So it was just really refreshing! Didn't get anything special just a coffee and some blueberry donut holes which I love that they always have them because obviously nobody knows about them I don't think they're on the menu as a flavor lol and hot fudge sundae because sometimes a girl needs one :-)

After ordering two decaf lattes on two separate days last week, my husband returned to order for me, and now you don't carry it. Says the manager today??? Can you be consistent and reliable??? Your ratings are already dropping.

Martha and Aisha are amazing and such awesome hardworking & genuine people! They both go above and beyond for the customers, and are really amazing people. Martha is very knowledgeable and always makes the drinks right every time. She has good leadership qualities and should be promoted! Aisha is the sweetest person ever, and incredibly kind to everyone. I go to this Dunkin every week and enjoy the experience! Thank you!
