This place is so cool! I got to take a spin on the bikes and grab a protein shake to try! The spin class was one of the best classes I've ever been to! These protein shakes are unlike anything you'd ever tried before! They have so many crazy flavors, my favorite was cinnamon roll! I definitely will be back!
The atmosphere and the aesthetic is is very welcoming and warm. The staff was super friendly and were very knowledgeable over any questions we have. Drinks are amazing, highly recommend.

If you drink coffee you need to try their teas! More flavor and energy. Itās a cold tea 32 oz and taste like fruitā¦Iāve had several teas from hereā¦I like the old menu better because thereās more flavors of tea. They also serve protein shakes that have vitamins
Wheelchair accessibility: I noticed on the curb there is no ramp for a wheelchair to go up. You would have to assess the sidewalk to see where the ramp is although there is plenty of space inside this place for accessibility

Finally! A protein and energy drink place near me!! Their menu is surprisingly full of options. Iāve had the PB cookie dough and pina colada protein shakes- yum! And the energy drink i had was delish too and didnāt come with a crash afterwards. The shop is clean and the staff always have good recommendations. Only downside is sometimes they keep the door locked even when open in an effort to keep the sketchy homeless in the area out, you just have to knock so they can let you in š Iāll def keep coming back for yummy and healthy drinks!
