We chose Eco Caters for our wedding last month at the Secret Garden at Rancho Santa Fe. As a couple who has worked in catering for both the service and production sides, we were impressed with the planning and execution of this team. Christine Sheffield, the Client Success Manager was a rock star in responding back to our inquiries throughout the wedding planning process. Food was delicious and memorable (one of our guest mentioned that his favorite part of the wedding was the coconut pork belly hors d'oeuvres), payment was straightforward, and communication was easy.

We decided to have tacos for our wedding from Eco Caters and I am so happy with how it turned out. We had the achiote braised chicken, adobo beef, and adobo jackfruit and all 3 were a huge hit! My husband is not typically a big fan of vegan food, but he loved the jackfruit and thought it was the best filling - I personally loved the beef, and the chicken was also delicious. Our guests raved about the food, and we were so happy with the affordability of the catering packages.
The staff was also amazing. We had one woman who would come check on us at our sweetheart table to make sure we had all of the food and drinks we needed throughout the entire night, so we never had to go to the bar or buffet line, which was an unexpected but great touch. We received many compliments on the friendliness of the servers and the bartenders throughout the night.
Working with our account manager Christine was great: she was professional, friendly, and communicative. Anytime we had a question or wanted to make a change to our catering package, she responded to us quickly and made the process easy and seamless.

Great experience working with Eco for our July 2024 wedding! Their catering menu mixes flavors beautifully and offers lots of flexibility in meal choices and dietary restrictions. Producing high quality food at such large quantities (175 plated entrees) is no small feat, and we got compliments that we had the best food at any wedding our guests had attended. Christine was professional and kind and gave us helpful timeline reminders well in advance. The servers and bartenders provided great service and positive energy to the event. Highly recommended!

We recently hosted our wedding and had the opportunity to work with Eco Caters for the event. Christine did an amazing job of helping us navigate options and coordinate logistics throughout the process. Once we had scheduled tastings, Chef Esteban was phenomenal in preparing our dishes and really setting up the experience for us; we had even requested to taste items that weren't part of the usual offerings and he had no problem with completing those. On the day of, both Esteban and Randi smoothly prepared the food and made sure everything was ready on time. In addition, all of the servers were quick and attentive, so we never ran out of drinks or had empty plates/etc hanging around for too long. The total food prepared was just right for the number of guests; we took home only a few containers of leftovers, even after several guests went back for seconds. We got tons of feedback from our guests who also loved the food, especially the braised beef and popcorn chicken. Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely work with Eco Caters in the future!

We went with a Mediterranean menu and the food far exceeded our expectations. Christine was very accommodating and Chef Estaban makes a mean spinach dip! Christine was willing to work with us and modify things so it wasn't as big of a dent in out budget. I would definitely recommend going with Eco. They offer much more than amazing clean food!

Everyone (and I mean everyone) raved about the appetizers, dinner, and sides. We got the Mexican food package (tacos, rice and beans, empanadas, etc.) and the chef did an awesome job. Guests with all dietary restrictions were accommodated for easily, and even people who are big meat eaters LOVED the jackfruit!Christine was extremely easy to work with. She accommodated our need for a Friday tasting before the event, and before the event was very communicative around when money was due and answered all questions we had.On top of it all, they are by far the most affordable option in the San Diego area. BIG stamp of approval and I'd highly recommend!

I recently worked with Christine and the rest of the Eco Caters team to have them provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day of a 5-day livestream video shoot during Comic Con. They were the perfect people for the job! I asked that they package everything individually, and that every day feature a different meal, and they certainly delivered. Every meal was a huge hit, and they touched all different cuisines so no one was ever bored with the selection. Each day, the crew would ask me what the next meal was so they could look forward to it! The delivery drivers were all timely and professional, and delivery was no small feat during Comic Con when practically every street was closed in the Gaslamp. Would 100% recommend them to anyone who asks. Great job team!
