We recently hosted our wedding and had the opportunity to work with Eco Caters for the event. Christine did an amazing job of helping us navigate options and coordinate logistics throughout the process. Once we had scheduled tastings, Chef Esteban was phenomenal in preparing our dishes and really setting up the experience for us; we had even requested to taste items that weren't part of the usual offerings and he had no problem with completing those. On the day of, both Esteban and Randi smoothly prepared the food and made sure everything was ready on time. In addition, all of the servers were quick and attentive, so we never ran out of drinks or had empty plates/etc hanging around for too long. The total food prepared was just right for the number of guests; we took home only a few containers of leftovers, even after several guests went back for seconds. We got tons of feedback from our guests who also loved the food, especially the braised beef and popcorn chicken. Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely work with Eco Caters in the future!

Eco Caters catered our wedding in September at the Secret Garden in Rancho Santa Fe. The food was delicious! All our guests complimented us on the food. We also used their bartenders and they did an excellent job. We really loved working with Christine and all the staff. They set up a beautiful food tasting for us as well. The whole process of working with them was very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend using Eco Caters for any of your catering events. They did a great job and the food was fantastic! I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Eco Caters catered our wedding. They had excellent communication through the whole process, a lovely tasting opportunity, and most importantly provided far above average food for our wedding. We went with a Mediterranean menu and the food far exceeded our expectations. We received many many compliments of how genuinely good the food and beverage service was from our guests, would recommend to anyone prioritizing quality of food for their wedding.

We used Eco carers for our small wedding. We were a little hesitant at first as this was a little over our budget and we didn't have the help of family.After scoping out a few caterers we found Eco was the best option. Christine was very accommodating and Chef Estaban makes a mean spinach dip! Christine was willing to work with us and modify things so it wasn't as big of a dent in out budget. I would definitely recommend going with Eco. They offer much more than amazing clean food!

I recently worked with Christine and the rest of the Eco Caters team to have them provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day of a 5-day livestream video shoot during Comic Con. They were the perfect people for the job! I asked that they package everything individually, and that every day feature a different meal, and they certainly delivered. Every meal was a huge hit, and they touched all different cuisines so no one was ever bored with the selection. Each day, the crew would ask me what the next meal was so they could look forward to it! The delivery drivers were all timely and professional, and delivery was no small feat during Comic Con when practically every street was closed in the Gaslamp. Would 100% recommend them to anyone who asks. Great job team!

Eco Caters certainly earned a 1 star review for my wedding on 7/8/23 at Lot 8. My wife and I were both very impressed at our menu tasting prior to the wedding. The food at the tasting was very very good. Steak was grilled well, chicken was juicy, Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious, potatoes were nice and soft yet crispy - we were excited to have that exact same meal again the day of our wedding. Day of wedding food was exactly the opposite of our tasting; there was overdone and tough steak, dry chicken, super dried out clumpy mac and cheese, and overcooked and dried out potatoes. They also got the kids meals completely wrong - we ordered grill chicken strips and they gave them spaghetti. The parents were not happy because spaghetti is messy. The taste of the food was if it was cooked the day before and then put under a warmer for a few hours. Such a massive disappointment after such a deliciously amazing tasting. The terrible food alone would not be enough for a 1 star review. What truly makes this review a 1 star was 1 serving staff member identified to me as an African American female. We must have had between 30 and 40 people tell us they all had profoundly negative experiences interacting with this specific staff member. Experiences ranged from refusing them food, yelling at them for holding out their plate to be served from her, rude comments, and confiscating water glasses while they were still in use because she wanted to leave early. At our brunch the next morning, our guests all took turns recounting the negative experiences they had with her. It was insane to me that so many people could have that many negative experiences in such limited interactions with the same person. It's kinda sad that rude service will be one of the memorable aspects of our wedding that along with overcooked dried food. 1 star 1 star 1 star - every day of the week.

For starters, our main POC was Christine Sheffield who was nothing short of professional, detailed, courteous, and prompt. As a detail oriented bride who reads every word of every contract and work order, working with Christine provided me a peace of mind throughout the planning process and leading up to the wedding. I had my wedding at The Secret Garden this past weekend with Eco Caters and I received SO many compliments from guests about the food! From our first email, to our tasting, to the event, all of our interactions were easy, thoughtful, and informative! For happy hour we went with the cheese/nuts/preserves stationary, grass fed meatballs with pesto, fried zucchini, chicken schawarma and yogurt sauce, which were all delicious. For dinner, we went with a buffet with - roasted chicken and au jus, grilled sirloin and herb butter, grilled market vegetables, and grilled potatoes - all of which were a hit!
