I found a hair in my bagel it appeared to be a facial hair since it was short it was hidden and i didn't see it until i took my first bite they couldn’t do a refund or help me through the phone so i just wasted money 🥹🥲

Amazing staff!!! Always clean and stocked with coffee and yummy goodness!!! The staff really go beyond the job by helping elderly with orders to bringing orders out to cars (does not do curbside their just being really kind)

Six years ago I wrote a very positive review. Einstein Bagels will be no more at the rate they are going. On a mid weekday 9:30 in the morning the place is nearly empty. I always order a sesame bagel, toasted with butter. I've found the toaster is not adjusted to toast at any store, it slightly heats. Add 4 tablespoons of butter and it doesn't melt in, YUK. Granted that is way too much in the first place and is it even butter? Most terrible bagel and don't get me started on the price. Ridiculous! I'm out!

I bought the bakers dozen with two smears. The bagels were fresh, chewy, and delicious. 😋

I also ordered a Texas Brisket Breakfast sandwich. The flavor was good, but the pull back on fillings for a $10 sandwich was very disappointing. I guess this is the new normal. 🤨

My wife asked me to go for her, but when I saw the Maple breakfast sandwich. It looked so delicious that I had to have it. It was my 1st time having an Einstein bagel 🥯. It was amazing 👏. I will be coming back for more.

The quality here is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a proper Nova Lox bagel, but other times it looks like they are cutting corners (see photo) - barely any onion, thin slices of fish, and overall very disappointing for the price. Feels like the staff decide how much to put inside depending on their mood. Customers, be prepared for inconsistency

I went today since I had downloaded the app and it mentioned I would get a free bagel with a purchase. I paid for a bagel and I was waiting for my free one and I let the cashier know and he seemed frustrated and all he kept saying was “you didn’t add it to your purchase”. I asked to speak to a manager and while i was letting her know I had add it but didn’t know why it wouldn’t show on there end. She( general manager ) did helped me but once the free bagel was given to me. You can see her frustration that she just wanted me outta there. This is the last time I go to this location, I will stick to the fashion valley area. I couldn’t believe I was treated this way. I just went because the email was sent to me reminding me to get my free bagel. Never again.

Quick service and a clean dining area.

Friendly staff, reasonably priced bagels and coffee.

Just wish they had a drive thru since parking is limited here depending on when you drop in.

My favorite is their cinnamon sugar bagel with honey cream cheese!

Delicious

I had to wait 25 minutes for a single bagel. It wasn’t busy, so I truly don’t understand why it took so long. The workers were nice enough but they should really improve their speed.

Absolutely delicious bagels

The workers are kind but the service was minimal. I waited for 35 min for 2 bagels. No one checked in with me until I was waiting for at least 20 min. I love the bagels, but the wait time has increased astronomically in the last year. They seem to have more than enough staff, so I don’t know what is going on. Love the food- but the wait time is just too much.
