Einstein Bros. Bagels

My wife asked me to go for her, but when I saw the Maple breakfast sandwich. It looked so delicious that I had to have it. It was my 1st time having an Einstein bagel 🥯. It was amazing 👏. I will be coming back for more.

The quality here is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a proper Nova Lox bagel, but other times it looks like they are cutting corners (see photo) - barely any onion, thin slices of fish, and overall very disappointing for the price. Feels like the staff decide how much to put inside depending on their mood. Customers, be prepared for inconsistency

I went today since I had downloaded the app and it mentioned I would get a free bagel with a purchase. I paid for a bagel and I was waiting for my free one and I let the cashier know and he seemed frustrated and all he kept saying was “you didn’t add it to your purchase”. I asked to speak to a manager and while i was letting her know I had add it but didn’t know why it wouldn’t show on there end. She( general manager ) did helped me but once the free bagel was given to me. You can see her frustration that she just wanted me outta there. This is the last time I go to this location, I will stick to the fashion valley area. I couldn’t believe I was treated this way. I just went because the email was sent to me reminding me to get my free bagel. Never again.

Quick service and a clean dining area.

Friendly staff, reasonably priced bagels and coffee.

Just wish they had a drive thru since parking is limited here depending on when you drop in.

My favorite is their cinnamon sugar bagel with honey cream cheese!

Delicious

I had to wait 25 minutes for a single bagel. It wasn’t busy, so I truly don’t understand why it took so long. The workers were nice enough but they should really improve their speed.

Absolutely delicious bagels

The workers are kind but the service was minimal. I waited for 35 min for 2 bagels. No one checked in with me until I was waiting for at least 20 min. I love the bagels, but the wait time has increased astronomically in the last year. They seem to have more than enough staff, so I don’t know what is going on. Love the food- but the wait time is just too much.

The store looks rundown. The coffee was awful, it tasted weak and watery. The bagels were fine and the young man who helped us was really friendly and kind. If the coffee had been decent we would have given them a four star and we would probably go back while we’re here in California.

Placed an order for pick up. Not only the order wasn’t ready by the time I arrive but there is there a very rude person at the counter making bagels, despite being asked his other co-workers he refuses to work on my order although my order was on the top.

The other two co-workers were kind and sweet enough ti apologize for his rudeness and offered to finish and deliver my order.

I am really really disappointed by his attitude and service and would never come back to this location ever again.

Horrible service, My friend ordered 5 jalapeño bagels and the guy refused to prepare the order specifically for my friend. For sure, not the way to treat your customers in food business… i am sure if this continues like this and there is no improvement, there will be no business to manage ultimately.

Don't accept a 50 dollar bill and was all I had. This is ridiculous. Then i activated a credit card i never used just to buy breakfast to find out the coffee was empty. Not a bg deal accept i have been sitting here waiting for someone to start brewing some.
