Had a wonderful experience with Bri today. We got a breakfast sandwich and 3 bagels. Order was Correct and fast.

This is our second time coming here, as we are from Hawaii. We got the Nova Lox, the Maplehouse, and the Apple Cinnamon with Strawberry Shmear. 10/10

Probably the best
Place to get a bagel. They have different bagel combinations.Perfect for breakfast bacon eggs avocado cream cheese whatever you want. It's a good atmosphere. Plus coffee was delicious i'm not a big coffee drinker, but I could drink that coffee all day long.

Paid $10 for Lox Bagel and asked for bagel to be toasted. It was not toasted. It was bad. Cashier was super nice. Lady in the back was straight rude. Not coming here again.

Came in her at 5:30am. There were 3 employees working in a big order. Not one of them welcomed me or said good morning when I walked in. I was acknowledged about 2 mins later by a quiet, “Hi. We’ll be right with you.” Then, I was ignored for about 5 minutes and then someone stood at the register and said they could help me. I told them it was my first time here and I wasn’t sure what I wanted. The girl immediately snapped and said, “ok, let me know when you are ready.” She was irritated. I wanted to ask a couple of questions about things on the menu, but she was clearly not interested. I asked for my bags and bacon well done and they were not well done. When I asked if it was well done, they assured me it was. How hard is it to greet a customer when they walk in? I was the only customer and there were 3 employees. The food was good, but I’ll go to Panera next time.

Good bagels. Bad vibe.

I’m a traveler, and I came here for brunch with my mom — everything was absolutely delicious!
My mom had a bagel with smoked salmon, and I had one with avocado and tomato. We both loved our meals.
Also, the iced Americano was very reasonably priced and honestly the best we’ve had!
