Einstein Bros. Bagels

Yayy I got a free bagel!!

Good chain bagel restaurant. There are many in the SD area. I like to stop by Einstein Bros. for breakfast. Fast service. Good selections and tasty food. I was underimpressed by the fact that the coffee canisters needed refilling and were not done while we sat and ate.

Busy location. Not the best coffee. We enjoyed our breakfast sandwiches.

Rude. Messed up 3 things in the order after specifically reviewing it with them. Wouldn't accommodate a usual courtesy they do and then on the way out, the employee lets the door close in front of us instead of taking 5 seconds to hold it open...please get better about customer service

Almost no vegan options.

Love their coffee and bagels 🥯

Bagels were good but not worth the price. Customer Service was not good at all except for the cashier. They literally throw your meal on the counter after your name is called. I was missing the tiny Itty bitty thing they call a Hash brown. Gave me hell for asking and proving I had paid for it. This location was really dirty. I'm general, floor, tables ,restroom, chairs. I would not go again.

Family and I came in this morning for breakfast and the customer service was absolutely horrible. The workers do not have any customer service, forgot our two coffees which we had to ask for, forgot to put cream cheese in my bagel. Then I got in line on the pay side to pay for some drinks for my kids and the worker by the name of Gabby accused me of cutting in line. I made sure I got behind the last person in line so I am unsure how that is cutting but apparently you have to go to the order line first for the drinks that are in a fridge on the dine in side then you go pay. Most places you can grab the drinks and go into the pay line for those drinks. She was very rude about it and I explained to her I did not cut in front of anyone. This morning crew has no energy and lacking customer service. We definitely will not be back and do not recommend this place.

Gabby is extremely unprofessional. She literally accused my wife of cutting in line when she attempted to purchase chocolate milk and water. We did not know you had to wait behind people ordering bagels. There was one person at the register so my wife got behind that one person(didn't intentionally cut). Gabby got all confused and unprofessional about it, telling my wife to not cut. This is absolutely hilarious that they are so worried about customers cutting but they literally forgot 4 items in my order, 2 coffees, 1 muffin and my wife's cream cheese. The manager tried to defend her and didn't give a apology for her actions.

This is our first and last time here. Other customers were telling us how stupid their line system was

I would like to give a shout out to the crew at Einstein Bros for the beyond amazing service over the last 4 days I been coming in for breakfast. I'm from Texas here in Cali for my son's Marine Bootcamp graduation. I found this amazing place with top of the line service and amazing food and drinks the first morning I got into Cali. I have come back each day of my trip for the amazing food and service. I have not had such great service in a long time. I appreciate it very much and recommend coming to this location in San Diego, California. Again, thanks to the girl from Midland, Lana, Jasmine, and Mawi!!!! You all almost got me wanting to move to Cali. Ok ok maybe not. Lol, but you all rock.

Lox and bagel use to have lots of lox. No more. Same price but you hardly see any or taste the lox. This was the second time in a row it happened. Where's the lox?
