Bagels were good but not worth the price. Customer Service was not good at all except for the cashier. They literally throw your meal on the counter after your name is called. I was missing the tiny Itty bitty thing they call a Hash brown. Gave me hell for asking and proving I had paid for it. This location was really dirty. I'm general, floor, tables ,restroom, chairs. I would not go again.

I would like to give a shout out to the crew at Einstein Bros for the beyond amazing service over the last 4 days I been coming in for breakfast. I'm from Texas here in Cali for my son's Marine Bootcamp graduation. I found this amazing place with top of the line service and amazing food and drinks the first morning I got into Cali. I have come back each day of my trip for the amazing food and service. I have not had such great service in a long time. I appreciate it...

Im an out of town person that visits frequently anytime I’m in town because the service here is how you want to start your day. 🙏🏽 it gets packed at times but it’s worth it. The manager is very kind too. Cool dude.
