Of all the Einstein's bagels this one missed the mark. Back to back messing up my order. Then, one of my jalapeno cheddar bagels literally had zero jalapenos. Love Einstein's but not returning to this one.

I am disappointed with a recent purchase at your establishment. Today, my family and I bought bagels, and unfortunately, it was extremely hard, resembling cardboard in texture. It was quite unpleasant to eat and not what I expected from a quality product.

This was my first time visiting your establishment, and I was excited to enjoy a meal with my family. However, the quality of the bagel significantly impacted our experience.

I kindly request that you look into this matter to ensure better quality control in the future. I hope to see improvements.

Grown to love this place. Am particularly fond of the Texas Brisket bagel! Raised my score to 5-stars!

Foods good but they mess up the order more often than preferred. Ordered a farmhouse with 2 eggs (paid extra) and with cheddar jalapeño bagel and received a one egg farmhouse on a seed bagel. If you’re out of a product that’s okay but the customer should be told if changes are necessary in case of severe allergies.

After coming here for four years, the service has consistently been great. When my brain is fried from being a college student and parent, the staff is always friendly and smiley even when I stall or forget half of my order. They are life savers and the support I never knew I would get. Food is excellent, ambience is calm and the service is fast.
