Came in at 7:15am on a Saturday morning (not the sexiest shift to work) with my 8 year old son. Matt, Jaylee, and Millie (sorry, probably misspelling some names) were there with smiles and positive energy. Matt helped us out mostly. He picked, cut, and packaged 2 dozen bagels. He even threw in a free cinnamon bagel for the little guy. That kind of service is so valuable and appreciated. Thanks crew!

Had the bagel breakfast sandwich and a coffee. Honestly the people who work here are kind of rude and not particularly friendly. This was my first time here and this place/or maybe location attracts a weird group of people, The staff included. The food was alright. Not anything to write home about. They had a broken over and couldn't make burritos. The coffee was light and sort of like if you made it at home. There is a significant amount of parking but there is usually heavy...

I started going to this location a few months ago since the location I frequented for years, about 2 miles away, has been disappointing us with the food and service quality for the past year at least.Bagels are definitely much better baked/ prepared at this location. Customer service is ok, not wow fantastic but definitely not bad as I read in other reviews!
