While the location's food is fine, the location on Sunday mornings is abysmal because of a curt troll of a manager and a cadre of "I just work here" automatons who wouldn't know customer service if it came up to them and bit them.

They got my order completely wrong, I asked for no cheese (lactose intolerant) and they gave me melted cheese. I paid for extra egg and bacon, and I had none.The customer service at Order station was the most unfriendly experience I ever had in Hillcrest.Don't come

Always a very friendly staff with great food!My go-to is a toasted pretzel bagel with cream cheese, and my friends I go with usually get various bagel sandwiches which they enjoy. I think the worst thing about this place is the one time I came late in the day and they were out of pretzel bagels. :DRecommended ?
