Ruined my dinner. I usually order the chicken tortilla soup. The tortillas are optional, and I choose not to use them sue to an allergy.
This store didn't follow the usual recipe. The tortillas were already in it. Not the chips they normally sell with it, the actual tortillas.
I'm NOT mistaken, I spit that stuff out really quickly and grabbed the Benadryl.
Talk to your staff about sticking to the recipe!!!! This is not their personal kitchen.

If you order a deal through uber eats they will cancel it. Called restaurant and they said it's some system "glitch". Ok. Because that's a thing that happens. Will avoid from here on out. Shady practices like this when it comes to ordering, I can only imagine what is going on in the kitchen. Next...
