We had a delicious, healthy lunch today, but the best part of the visit was a young man working there named Vincent. His customer service skills were on point! He immediately greeted us when we walked in, he offered me a cup of ice for the canned soda I had brought in, he brought our food to our table instead of just calling our name out and was very friendly, attentive and polite! He just made it a lovely visit!

I love my home Pollo! I have been dining here for nearly 20 years, and the food is always super delicious with the most friendly and caring service! THANK YOU!!!! I definitely recommend it.

The food was delicious and the staff welcomed my family and I when we all walked into the restaurant, the cashier took my order quickly and properly and brought my food out in 5 minutes and they checked up while we were eating
