Brand new, super clean and excellent service. They brought food to my table and picked up the empty plate. They checked on me while I was eating.Ordered the double chicken taco salad. Tortilla shell was crispy, plenty of tasty chicken, ripe avocado, beans, rice and cilantro dressing. I was very satisfying, fresh and tasty. When in the neighborhood, i'll do this location again!

It’s great having this place so close when you’re getting off work late and need a dinner for the family. Staff is really nice and very quick to turnaround the order. Food was great everyone enjoyed it!!!!

Feb 18th, ordered double chip tostada salad and a chicken crunchy taco. The salad had zero chicken and taco was good. Called a couple times but no answer. Today, called to let them know about salad and wanted a comped salad. Ordered the salad and two crunchy chicken tacos. Got home. the tacos were horrible ( extremely small amount if one sliver of dry chicken pieces). This isn’t the first time food wasn’t desirable but needed to say something today. RS Ranch doesn’t have many food places to eat at. I will start going back to El Pollo Loco in Carmel Mountain for a few months.

We've enjoyed El Pollo Loco for awhile now but tonight, it was terrible. It was overcooked, burnt, and so dry it was inedible. Don't know if we will try it again. Probably will but watch closely what they put in the bag.
