Terrible service, I just bought a tortilla soup and a salad, they made me return because they didn't give me cutlery and the tortilla soup was just water with a small piece of chicken, when I returned to request the cutlery at the counter the very rude cashier told me I have to ask for it when placing the order, cutlery and the chips for the tortilla soup that they didn't give me either, very rudely she repeated that the new San Diego law we have to ask for cutlery and the chips for the soup if we wanted it to be They would give, but nowhere in the establishment do they have any advertisements or on their website. Train your employees, very bad attitude and very bad service, I will not return.

El Pollo is one of my main go to places, and I have been going to this El Pollo Loco since they first opened. (And yes I'm old). Food is constantly good, the price is reasonable especially if U can get Ur hands on some coupons. Restaurant is always clean, and I totally recommend.

Remarkably good value. The chicken is moist and tasty. I ordered one of the bowls that came with beans, rice, sour cream, cheddar cheese and a quarter of a fresh avocado. For a fast food place, I felt good about what I just had for lunch. Top notch for a place I know exists but I rarely think about.

Ordered the double chicken tostada bowl today and was anticipating a Baja banger but was highly disappointed. The chicken was extremely dry as it disintegrated into bits and pieces after taking a piece out.

The tacos are half the size of the advertised pictures. No other sides except for chips with rotten tomato salsa. The tacos are HALF THE SIZE of the advertised pictures. Why even stay in business if this is how you're going to operate? Seriously, this is garbage.
