Have been here a few times. First couple of times were fantastic. Last time we waited at the counter for 15 min just to order while someone was picking up what seemed like half the restaurant’s food for an Uber Eats order or something. We ended up walking out after giving up.
Heading out to Convoy street, you know what I'm looking for.... solid Mexican cuisine, lol. But no joke, this is one of my new favorite spots in San Diego. Ensenada Fish Taco? it rivals the best spots in town. Quesa taco with fried cheese and shrimp? awesome. Their tortillas are great. Came here for the food. But the vibes took it to another level. beer and tacos and reggaeton music! Head boppin while in line! Food was great! Could have a wait because they won’t serve you unless there is a table available. Habanero sauce was excellent! Cant go wrong with seafood on a Sunday night!
