Now for the best part: not only did the cupcakes look absolutely adorable, but OMG they tasted AMAZING. They were super moist, full of flavor, and perfectly balanced - not too sweet, which I really appreciate. I’m usually a bit nervous about cupcakes being overly sugary, but Anusha totally killed it. It’s that kind of sweetness you get in Asian desserts (if you know, you know) - subtle, satisfying, and never overpowering.
I ate like four of them and was so happy my teeth didn’t feel like they were disintegrating like they do with other cupcakes. 😂
