Good beers, nice service… good price…
Plenty of space and the outside patio is nice…
Best after work beer in a long time! Try the IPA
This place is so chill. Great beer, good atmosphere, highly encouraged! Seriously guys if you're in the area, highly recommend :)
Isabel was awesome. We had great beer/seltzer and service. We'll be back!
Some seriously great beer in an unassuming place. They have top notch Stouts, Imperial Stouts, and Barrel Aged Beer. All of their other beer was very tasty as well. The specialty beers were by far some of the most interesting in San Diego, bar none.
The collaborations they have done with Matcha Cafe Maiko are super interesting and unlike anything you will find anywhere else. It's worth your time to stop by and try some. They have an entire wall of barrel aged things, and I can't wait to see what comes out next. Its also great that the have a Mexican Amber Lager!
The atmosphere of this brewery is great. Very welcoming and lots of comfortable seating. There is tons of seating inside, at the bar, and in their outdoor beer garden area. Enought tables to accommodate a large party as well. Every time I have been here, there was food of some kind. One time, it was a food truck, and another time it was BBQ.
The parking lot is huge, there is tons of parking. The brewery is wheel chair accessible and there is wheelchair accessible parking right up front.
The staff has been very helpful every time. Everything else is well maintained and clean. There is a large fridge of pre canned beer to take with you, and the prices are extremely reasonable.
Dog friendly too!!
Had a stout. Great place to mellow out during the day while having a brew. Amazing atmosphere. Kudos
Great, brewery, with a wonderful staff.
I've had the pleasure of attending two events here back-to-back: one with the SD Hiking Ladies group and another with the "Thinking While Drinking" group. The fact that this place was buzzing with activity speaks volumes about its popularity.
They offer a great variety of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, including beer, hard seltzers, and hard kombucha. Exploring San Diego breweries is always exciting given the abundance to choose from. The range of options at New Motion is commendable - there's a little something for everyone, making it a definite crowd-pleaser. It's easily one of the top three spots in my book.
I usually try to arrive a bit earlier, if possible, to avoid any parking stress. While the restaurant has a relatively small parking lot, there's plenty of street parking available nearby.
The service is consistently friendly, and the tasting room exudes a cool vibe with its spacious layout. Additionally, there's plenty of outdoor seating, providing ample space to relax and enjoy your time.
Fun brewery in Miramar, on Production Ave just to the north of Miramar Road. Large warehouse type building with large beer vats, barrels, tables, and an outdoor "garden" patio. They have a great variety of beers/lagers/ales/cider and sodas. They don't serve food but they have a revolving set of food trucks so there is usually good food to go with the beer. Friendly staff and fun place to hang out with friends. Parking does get tight when they have events, but most of the nearby businesses are deserted to you can still find parking. Lots of noise from Miramar airbase with F-18c/d frequently taking off and landing. No issue with the USMC, but it does make it hard to have conversations or hold a more formal event.
Yummy stout!

Good beer and a cool space. It was very chilly as it's open so dress warmly
Top 5 beers in San Diego
Came here for an event, lots of room, plenty of parking and great beers! Had a food truck outside, looked good, but I had eaten already.Seems like a great brewery to come back and visit!
My son and future daughter-in-law hosted a pre-wedding gathering at the Garden, which was a charming spot on a beautiful summer evening. Staff was very attentive. Lots of options for beer, cider, and soda lovers -I had the Blueberry Brekkie Pastry Stout which was amazing. Pizza was pretty good too! I can see why it's their favorite spot in San Diego!
Beautiful place, very friendly over all a great experience
