Consistently great food and service across multiple visits. Comfortable. Highly recommend. Love the table bread and generous wine pours.
- Toscana Soup 5/5, delicious, balanced
- Rigatoni Porcini 5/5, earthy
- Rigatoni Brasato 5/5, tender meat, relatively light
- Spaghetti and Clams 5/5, flavorful, quality
- Pappardelle Bolognese 3.5/5, meaty sauce, one dimensional
- Orecchiette 4/5, rustic, solid dish
Friendly service, although not the quickest. Wines were excellent, and they have a great selection. The starters were also pretty good. However, the main dishes were disappointing. Both our pasta dishes were nothing special, both lacked seasoning and salt; they didn't taste better than what an average hobby cook could cook at home - the price was not justified. Maybe a bad day. On the atmosphere, really nice mixture of guests there, decent interior design, though the plastic chairs seemed to us out of setting. Overall decent Italian place though we would not visit again.
Great experience! Staff was so friendly and our meals were delicious!
A lovely dinner in PB while visiting San Diego. We made reservations and had a delicious Italian meal. Bruschetta and Burrata apps were chefs kiss. Merluzzo And Rigatoni al Brasato pictured, family thoroughly enjoyed their meals too!!
Favorite spot in the neighborhood!
Very cozy and enjoyable Italian restaurant with a small, focused, but well-executed menu.
Gets busy so make reservations.
This was my first time dining at Enoteca Adriano. I find the restaurant options in pacific beach to be rather lack luster so I wasn’t sure how this would be. Thankfully I didn’t need to worry.
We were sat right away for our reservation and the service was very friendly and timely. To start, we had the burrata special which had grilled eggplant, cherry tomatoes, capers and arugula drizzled with a roasted red pepper sauce. So good! For main courses we had the spaghetti carbonara and the gnocchi. Both were very tasty, you can’t go wrong with a well done carbonara. The gnocchi were very light and fluffy.
Overall, this was a perfect date night spot!
Outstanding we love this place everything they have excellent the Cod was so good so fresh.
The food is absolutely fantastic, definitely one of the best, if not the best, italian in San Diego! The pastas were amazing, so were the homemade gnocchis, and the Tiramisu is to die for! 10/10 would recommend this place!

Our favorite Italian restaurant in town has just leveled up with new, local owners including one of the finest Rome-born chefs in town (or on the west coast for that matter). They are maintaining the beloved and already wonderful menu of this restaurant but adding regional flavors and techniques authentic to Giuseppe’s hometown and family legacy. It’s almost like stepping through a portal in Pacific Beach to a family restaurant in a small town in the hills outside of Rome. Not to be missed. This is something special.

For the price you pay the portions should be bigger. Very niche place, seem to have a steady following of locals but wasn't impressed and will not be stopping there again. Service was slow (the play favorites, showing more attention to locals then others), pasta was okay.

We have been dining here for years and have always loved it, but recently it got new ownership and something that was once a good community restaurant is a now even better! The food is outstanding and the sophisticated but still casual setting is perfect for a romantic date or a family dinner. It’s our go to spot!
